Nerds like that guy who created the video only buy 2K because last year you could hack, and there looking for more hacks..

I don't really understand why you would buy a game just to hack? seems pretty weird to me..

They will probably find rookies in the roster file. Last year there were hidden people in the roster file. I won't tell specifics but you could make barack obama, cheerleaders, mascots, crew coaches, nba coaches, celebrity's. Heck, i saw david stern as a my player.

You are correct it is never ok to do something unethical or wrong, but that is out of our control. What we can control is how successful they are in doing it.

I agree 100% Last year it was hacked and now it's hacked before it comes out. LOL just imagine how many other hacks is coming. Great job 2k

Its not really shocking. Things like this don't really bother me no more. Bottomline is no matter how hard or how easy a game is to hack, if a hacker want to hack it he will its that simple. Just come to expect some people are just gonna find a hack, you don't gotta like it, but i'll be damn if i let him bother me lol

Pretty lazy way to go when you see a lot of other banks around with pretty good security. However no crew mode at all is better than what it turned into in 2k11. Too bad though, now I don't have a reason to play my player.

The people getting mad at this guy for hacking is hilarious though. You all must live in gated communities and still haven't figured out the password to the parental controls on your cable box.....

On the other hand it would be easier for 2K to save the myplayer server side and to keep purple from editing the files. Just my 2 cents.

That's quite expensive though as WELL as limit the use of MP to people with internet connections. I say there should be online and offline My Players. But that's just me.

I agree that it may SEEM easy to hack the players, but it's not just an issue with 2K. Talk to how MS handles data as well as Sony. No matter what you do, people will figure out a way to hack your data. That's just life. If you want to stop it, then DON'T USE the hacks and the hackers will have no encouragement. That's the sad thing - there are too many people that encourage and celebrate this crap let alone use it. The scary thing is that they think this is OK.

Why have a feature that's made pointless with rampant cheating. I'm not talking about a LITTLE bit of cheating - RAMPANT cheating. So why spend the time to support Crews with the supposed new online code? It's time that would be better spent. I'm sure Crews will return one day. But it sure as hell wouldn't be a priority. Why should it be?

agreed...lets be real, crew player wasnt really that fun...well imo at least... if you played with randoms, you always had that guy trying to be MJ...wouldnt pass but only shoot...would finish the game 4/22 but there wasnt much of a deterrent for not being a team player...

hell half the time i couldnt even see the other players avg team grade...then for some reason, when i would try to play with other friends, we were never on the same team...we would end up on opposite sides...while i loved the concept of Crew games, the execution left a lot to be desired...

Pretty much every xbox 360 game is hackable. From unlimited money in a game like GTA 4to unlock any weapon in fallout 3. Its the equivalent to a gameshark/gamegenie/action replay in today's gaming. The problem now is stopping people from using this stuff online and ruining other peoples online experience. Which 2k seems to do a terrible job at. However even the biggest games have had problems stopping online hacking like Black Ops. So its not just 2k.

I have no problem with people cheating in a game they paid for on their own offline time, but when that is taken online then you are a douche.

the cod games, you have to spend over 200$ in equipment and it takes forever forever figuring it out. in 2k, its a $10 usb.
