I'am tryeing to get my password to finish to complete my registration on the new nba2K.com website but when I try to reset my password on nba2K13 it just doesn't work.

My internet connection is perfectly fine and I am able to play online in my other games but in NBA2k13 it keeps saying "The 2kSports server is not available at this time. Please try again later." Someone please help it is really getting frustrating
