Exam question for LD2K:

I'm from Europe but I bought the game in the USA. When I enter the code for Sacramento and GST bonus teams, should I do it on my European account, the American one, or it just doesn't matter??

Update for my PC copy of the game:

I deleted it from my hard drive, reinstalled, used the CD key, different password and different email address. Still waiting for my confirmation email, though, as the game did say it would take 24 hours for it to be sent (but I get those notices all the time and it's usually instantly).
