There is major concerns with the online play.
We can't save any settings, such as camera or coach settings.
We can't play online with the shot feedback on.
We can't choose what player we want to use at any position on team ups (ex. Joe johnson cant run Point Guard like in 2k9,10&11.)
Hell we can't even select the uniform we want to play with..
This game took a MAJOR step back from the last few years.. i am very disappointed..

I play on a site that aims towards sim gaming so I don't worry about the garbage people want to call basketball online. First game online dude quits halfway through the game because I was beating him with the nets.

If anything the lack of customization with the OA is the biggest thing because they took out leagues for some reason and said specifically that commishes can control damn near anything in there. Now maybe when the website finally launches in November things may change but I'm not optimistic.

Sorry dude, disregard that last post... I was actually going to ask for the name of that website & if it's for Xbox 360 or PS3??

im extremely disappointed in the online gameplay. The players seems like they are gliding around the court. Its too easy to hit the three point shot as well.I hope 2k does something about this. if not i dont see myself buying 2k games in the future.

I hate to say it, but me too. I only play online (I only take satisfaction in beating another brain) - so if I can expect waiting for 10 minutes to find a match, and disconnects early in the 1st quarter, there's no point to me buying this game.

so sad. this game is so great and has so much potential to be better if online issues were fixed. now just think, what if ea copies and pastes 2k12 gameplay with their online servers? 2k would be in really big trouble then... we can only wait and see

This whole article begs the question... Why did this title get such high scores with a MAJOR problem like this existing after not just this year, but EVERY year this generation? A major shortcoming like this, in this generation especially, should automatically take at least 2 full points away from a games overall review score. In a case like this, a game that has garnered 9's and 9.5's, the hit should be even harder. I think the online issues alone for this series should assert the baseline score for this game should max at 7 due to the increasingly problematic online, with shortcomings being deducted from that. The weak online is why I was playing Live 10 to begin with.

There is no excuse for this problem existing in this game. I think it is time they bring in some outside help to finally get this problem fixed. I gave this game a low score myself for online alone. They will also not be getting my money until this game gets online right.

I think it is also time EVERY site that gave this game an 8 or higher revisit their review and revise accordingly.
