I haven't but as I said above it seems asthough all of the caps are the same excpet for 3pt shooting and FT which are boosted to 99 for everyone. I guess I'll try to post it again here and at the 2K forums.

If so how can 3pt be 99 for SF Athletic but medium and close shots be capped at 90?

Wow, these really are totally worthless. I mean...10 mil for a +1 in 3 skill point categories and a bump up in dribble pull up? Are you kidding me 2k? And like you said, we won't even be able to afford most of these until 4 full years in, where the vast majority if not every single one of us will already be maxed in every area already. Looks like YET ANOTHER very disappointing part of My Player this year...

I take back (some of) what I said. I'd hardly say that this makes My Player a disappointment, but you are right that all of these are in fact almost worthless.

I don't know why I didn't think of it earlier. At BEST buying one of these is worth about 25K in skill points. That seems great at first, but by the time your player is able to afford them anyone who's marginally good will be averaging no less than 2000 skill points per game (and that's low). So (rounding down) it'll take 12 games to get 25K skill points, but even with a max contract (which wont be your first one) it'd take a couple of months of saving to afford anything 5M and over (With your first contract it'll be something like 3.5 months). You'd be much better of to invest those $ into the stat cap boosts (because they get REALLY expensive 500K, 1M, 1.5M, 2.5M, 4M for each boost respectively).

The only caveat to this is people who only like to play key games, which will make them more valuable, but even then I question their worth.
