I get tired of one easily, so i can never go deep into my associations, but this year I will try very hard to go deep into one

Up until this year my usual way was to simulate all regular season games and only play important playoff games. I'm known to go 10+ seasons deep, but there are a lot of problems that detract from the realism when you play that many seasons

this year I'm pacing myself and playing all the games in 29 game seasons

I have a unique way of doing association. I like to simulate entire seasons (but manage them throughout the entire thing). Scouting, rotations, free agents, trades, etc. is all me. I check stats after a sim a month. Once I reach the playoffs, I either play the playoffs or do offseason tasks because I did not make it. To fix the CAP problem I use custom rookies from the rosters forum on here. I always edit the draft classes to make players have more unique names/faces (only if they are cpu generated). I hate seeing the "default" looking CAPs in my seasons. Once I get past the 12,13,14 draft classes I usually use fictional draft classes that are awesome from the os rosters forum. This works best for me since I like to play full 12 minute quarters and have realistic stats. I simply don't have time to play the season in it's entirety.

I don't like simming at all, whenever I do that I totally lose interest in the franchise.

Same deal here. The idiotic CPU trading makes it hard for deep associations to be believable. They really need to have a designation for "core players" on some teams, players who won't be traded and that they'll definitely try to resign. Like the Big 3 in Boston.

Basketball is hard for me to go deep into the seasons because of the number of games, in all my football dynasties I go deep like 6 or 7 years, but with some of the added commentary I just might go about 4 years in 2K12
Games I'm playing FOREVER: NFL2K5, That is all.

In NBA 2K11, I finished 11 seasons before 2k12 came out....Association is the only mode I play(not a fan of my player mode)....I play all the games(I don't simulate the games)
