Yeah I noticed that as well, so i erased the patch and downloaded it again and it worked like the first day the patch was released agan.

I noticed this as well. First day, game played beautifully. Then the next few days it was like pre-patch. Now...it's playing great again. It's definitely not placebo, it's as obvious as night and day. I've noticed that when I start up 2k12 the last few times it's kept saying 'Saving content...' on the bottom right. I wonder if that's roster updates or anything else. Not sure. Also I been playing on Allstar/Sim and I don't change the sliders at all. I feel like if you change the sliders even one bit then the game goes back to pre patch automatically. Strange.

I guess that's what happened but, I just erased the patch and reloaded it, and it still played the exact same, CPU was in OMG mode was there has been nothing I can do to stop them from having there way. I guess I should try reloading the patch again and deleting my previously saved game settings...that might bring it back to release day patch.

It should have updated itself. Delete all your rosters, turn off console, turn it back on. Make sure living roster is on

If my cousin got on his name on my Xbox and downloaded the patch, does that mean all gamertags on that Xbox have it? I haven't gotten one on my name.

Yes you should have the patch, it a game data update and since he used your Xbox anything saved to that hard drive should be available for all accounts.

When I try to play the game just goes back to the main menu screen, first time I've played since downloading the patch and something thats never happened before.

Most likely when they get everyone that they plan on putting in the game, in the game. Makes sense.

after a few days with the patch i'm still seeing a lot of garbage in this game...ball warping through players during dribbling...ball warping through players on shots and going in...cpu hitting difficult/contested shots all over the place...no contact when there should be...the game forcing me into bad layup animations...just a lot of problems that didn't exist in 2k11. it's starting to turn me off...it's not enough to make me give up on the game, but it's really holding it back...the patch took the game from bad/unplayable to fairly good..but 2k12 still isn't great in my opinion...

before patch i'd give 2k12 a C+...after patch i give it a B. but 2k11 was an A-

I've noticed that when i manually load the settings at the home screen before i play any of the modes it plays post patch and when i don't it plays pre patch those of you that have a problem load your settings at the home screen then play a game, post what happens.
