So Kyrie and Derrick Williams tweeted ronnie2k and complained about their ratings and got them changed. Is this a PR move with the players or did they just pull the original ratings out of thin air? I do know Derrick Williams speed is too low along with Jujuan's.

This is becoming a joke , are they going to raise the ratings of every crybaby player that complains? 1st it was Javale Mcgee, after that Kyrie Irving, and now Derrick Williams, and they are going to raise his dunk by 11 points while other players like LaMarcus Aldridge have to beast in the real nba to get an update?

This make me sick , I'm going to tweet Reggie Jackson , Norris Cole and Jajuan Johnson to tell them to ask for a free 2k boost from ronnie

Derrick Williams specifically tweeted Ronnie2K saying "aye @ronnie2k can I get some boost on the game tho ! Lol", and responded again when Ronnie asked what ratings, saying "@ronnie2k Just my bounce in general lol"

Derrick Williams in my opinion complained (although he may have a point), and Kyrie just said he had to prove them wrong in real life.

Maybe I'm wrong, but thats how I looked at the situation

I cant believe 2k is doing things like this? How do you go evaluate a guy then bump him because he said it should be higher? Then tell him to throw it down over the season so it will keep moving up. Him throwing down monster dunks over the season should be the only reason it goes up. Not because he complains about it. What are they paying whoever does the rosters for if you going to have athletes come in and tell them to bump there ratings? The evaluation should have already been done.

So why dont he listen to us and the non athletes when we tell them Derick Fisher should not make threes like he is Ray Allen, or Kevin Durant should not be dunking like he is Vince Carter in his prime? Well because this definitly was a PR move done to keep Derrick Williams happy as noted by the tweet telling him he better be at E3 again.

I agree completely, I don't blame Williams at all, I just liked what Kyrie said better.

I don't know who you were referring to but I wasn't complaining because I don't care, I am editing them anyways. I was just defending an earlier post blaming the Irving and other players.

Are you serious? They are depicting him in the game. And if the they are depicting him wrong he has every right to complain (I agree with the dunk rating BTW) and they are right to correct it. As for the evaluation there are hundreds of players and they are bound the miss some stats.

I agree. This is a bad course of action for 2k to practice. I remember TJ Housmanzadah(sp?) got into it with the Madden guys about his rating. 9 times out of 10 most athletes will overestimate their actual skill level anyway. They lack the ability to be objective. I really hope they don't go jacking everyone's rating based on them whining, etc.
