Richard Jefferson. He's like a poor mans Lebron. Shoots 3's all days and dunks over everyone.

Hell No, Varejao sucks. I think wilson chandler is a good all around player who seems like he plays better than his overall, but before the recent updated rosters I would dominate with the hornets. I move David West to the 5 and start Patrick Ewing Jr. at the 4. P.Ew was too much for my online opponents. I think he was a 55ish overall or something like that. I have some 2k12 highlights I've yet to upload.

I have alot of 3 pt shooters in my team and I would say J.R. Smith is the best that outplays his rating

you guys .. stop saying ratings should be 55 and up because then in 2k13 you will see bench warmers with 60 overall . you complained about the three point shooting last year and guess what we go this year? to much of it

Sam Young is a monster in this game. So is Martel Webster, easily two of the better players in the game.

Mehmet Okur in 2K12 can easily be compared to Dirk.

Love this guy. Averaging 29.6 ppg, 9.6 rpg, 2.0 apg, 1.1 bpg with him in my Association and shooting 58% from the field through nine games. I've got his release down pretty good and I'm almost automatic with him on 12-15 foot jumpers.

You need to look pass their overall rating and look at their individual ratings and abilities. Ben Gordon probably has an 85 3 pt, 80+ medium, 85+ offense awareness, etc. Of course he is going to hit some shots, but he gets burned with his size, defense, rebounding, passing, etc.
maybe offline they dont but online you can do easy pullup jumpers to make anyone player better than their jumpshot ratings. ive seen people do this with blake griffen and his poor shooting ratings. in my OA jerbeko from the pistons was swishing jumpers from mid and his mid shot rating is below 65! after that game i pissed because in 2k12 you cant even leave garbage shooters open just their releases are almost all the same. My opponent just laughed and kept taking jumpers with him and we just wanted to see how many he would make over defense. he only missed 3 jumpers of 12 from mid while being guarded.

Carlos Arroyo, great back up pg, and one who can play in the clutch.
Peja is streaky, but when he's on, he's on.

Iggy -- he's like an 86 but pretty much can take off from anywhere and can knock down mid range jumpers consistently with the occasional wide open 3.

Now only if he played like this in real life...

DeJuan Blair is lights out in/around the hoop and is a savage rebounder. I have switched from the 76ers to the Spurs midway through yr 1 of my all30 association, and Blair has lead the Spurs in scoring in both of 2 games played/2 wins. He has double doubles in both, and efficient percentages.
