so i know its cool to give teams correct draft picks.. and this may seem like a dumb question.. but how wld u give a team a draft pick?..

for example.. da Hornets recieved that unprotected 2012 pick from da Clippers (via T-Wolves).. but in order to give them tht pick i have to make a TRADE?.. do u just swap picks?.. or players?.. any suggestions..

I would do this:
1st trade: 1st rd pick and 2nd rd pick for 2nd rd pick

2nd trade: 2nd rd pick for 2nd rd pick

that way you get the first rd pick you need and you get back your original 2nd rd pick

I would do this:

Thats by far the best way to do it... Good idea!

When your trading for first rounders that seems like the best way, but there's also a lot of trade for 2nd rounders too. There's probably going to be 10 trades for 2nd rounders so the first option suggested would be better for those

you could do the same thing just with second round picks until you get yours back I think

Ya I guess you could do 2013 picks. There's one actually where Wizards and Mavs swap 2nd rounders so that should be pretty easy to do

So i need some help. Im the bulls and i want to move boozer. Who could i acquire that would be fair and realistic (or somewhat realistic) i know i could use the amnesty clause but id like to get something for him. i like gibson more and would rather start gibson

When you start an association, what do you do for the team management part just after the association settings part?

Hmm, thats a tough one.

You'd think it would only make sense to send him to a playoff caliber team. But you need a playoff team, with alot of cap room, and in need of a power forward...

Anybody know of a team that fits that mold?

Im sure you could trade him for some type of protected 1st round pick

There really isn't a realistic trade for Boozer because you wouldn't get much back for him

When you start an association, what do you do for the team management part just after the association settings part?

Just dont change anything, keep it all on off when they ask you to about task automation... then load the draft class, then set the minutes...

Then you are good to go

Best trade I could think of was Childress, Warrick, and Brown for Boozer

u might be able to receive a young role player. i looked and maybe depending on the roster you can get andrea bargnani or maybe even trade back for ben gordon

I've never tried controlling all 30 teams but I think I'm going to stick to controlling only one thing. IMO it takes alot from the task of building your team, and trying to make them better and or win a championship.

Saying that, i know controlling 30 teams is more realistic but what could actually go really wrong when your controlling only one team. But i do understand the CPU making garbage trades and moves, but i don't think that takes away from the experience that much.

When the CPU doesn't resign Eric Gordon or Kevin Love, there's something seriously wrong and it take away the enjoyment from it

The Raptor's wouldn't trade a 26-year old Bargnani for 30-year old Boozer when there Rebuilding
