This is ridiculous that we have to hope that a consumer can fix the issue. 2K should be absolutely ashamed that they have not given us an answer. I know they have our money in their pockets and they don't care but this is just disrespectful.
To stay on topic...I have deleted absolutely every save file on my PS3 that was associated with 2K12, and my game is still freezing. I haven't tried starting the game up and then once inside the game itself, signing into PSN. I shouldn't have to do that for a game that I paid $60 for. It should come working right out of the box. Clearly, that is not the case.
