It would work seamlessly within My Player mode.

That said, I say you must be careful with how you say, "Some sort of Crib" because as you likely recall, NBA 2K did at one point have some sort of Crib, and it was horrible. It was something like one room where you unlocked colored basketballs and pennants or something. If 2K were going to make a My Player crib, it'd have to be just like NFL 2K's or better.
