Bad news. Unless somebody can help me out, I can't stream games. I can play the game maxed out but I can't play it and stream it. Too much lag. I can run the league, but with no streaming. Do you guys want to do that or have somebody else do the streaming?

Is it possible to record the game and then upload it? I mean, I probably won't watch many full games of my own team even, but for those that want to watch their teams games that could work.

I figured out how to max all the settings on the game and actually work on my computer. Ill try to see if it works if i stream something and let you guys know.

I don't mind doing it, but I have a few questions:

1. Are we going to have a "Trade Veto" process and, if so, how should it process work?
2. Are we going to have a "Waiver Process", and if so, how long will it last?
3. I will post box scores from marquee matchups, with the following criteria: anytime a top 7 team in the power rankings is playing, anytime two top-15 teams are playing, the All-Star Game, and all Playoff Games.
4. I will probably link to a Google Document for Box Scores so formatting keeps and looks better.
5. I will update an Injuries section each time there is an injury. It will be up to the owner to change the rotation minutes. If it takes longer than a day or two for the owner to post rotation changes, I will make any necessary changes.

Any other requests or questions?

1. I'm torn on this, on one hand, yeah it'd be nice to stop colluding, on the other, if we're simulating the real plights of a general manager, we are powerless to stop such shenanigans, regardless of intent. I want to feel like I run the Blazers and only the Blazers, so I'm against this.

the only one i feel i need to put my two cents on is 1. i'm against it, but if most of you guys think it's needed i guess it's alright. either way.. i think we need to tread really lightly.

everything else sounds great, no requests, i'm sure you guys will be able to put a good waiver plan in place no problem.

edit: a suggestion though.. maybe as this thing gets closer to starting we should look at the waiting list, for those that haven't posted anything since choosing their team. it'd be a shame to wait all this time for this to start and only have 2/3rds of the GM's active if there's other people here that want in.

This will be the league consititution: please post comments/questions/concerns.

**TRADES**
1. Trades must be within salary cap, and after both parties have confirmed the trade with a post I will initiate the trade and confirm when it's been done. If for some reason the cap won't let the trade happen, I will tell the involved G.M.s the problem and they are free to re-negotiate.
2. A trade will be agreed upon by all GM's involved with no outside influence from the comissioner or other GM's. The only time this will not be the case is if a team has no active GM, at which point I will control that team making free agent/rotation decisions while trying to find a replacement GM ASAP. In the instance of a trade offer to a team with no GM, all other GM's will help to decide if the trade goes through by majority vote. I will not have a say in that process.

**FREE AGENCY**
1. Top 15 free agents at each position get listed..
2. If you are interested in a player, post a contract offer. The largest offer gets the player.
For restricted free agents, after the offers stop coming in, the largest offer is taken to them team who owns that players rights. If they match it they keep the player. If they don't he is awarded to the largest bid.
3. Each contract offer must increase by 500k per season.
4. If a player is ineligible/injured/retired, they are not able to be signed/activated. This includes Greg Oden, Brandon Roy, Andrei Kirilenko, TJ Ford, Jeff Green, Chris Wilcox. In the case of an injury, it must be a season-ending injury.

**INJURIES**
1. I will post injury updates as soon as the injury occurs and list the type of injury and length.

**WEEKLY UPDATES**
1. I will post weekly (by the game's weeks) updates for top 5 leaders in each statistical category.

**MONTHLY UPDATES**
1. I will post players of the month, update the power rankings, and update top 5 leaders in each statistical category monthly.
