I think we should set everything up as it is right now after trade deadline, transfer draft picks, and start with the roster set up that way.

As for draft classes I'm looking for a set of decent ones.

Also a quick side note, a waiting list has been added to the first Post, the waiting list will work like this, Green is first(and only for now) so if a gm leaves he will get to decide weather he wants the team or not and then it will move on to the second on the list

The draft classes here, (scroll below the arena mods) seem pretty good. He has 2012 through 2015.

3. Get each Gm To Lock In there Coach Tendencies and Rotations For Week One ( How this will work is simple I'll Throw Up a List with all your players And Their current Minutes You Reply To My post with all changes you would like to make, I would like to request that after I have listed your team, You write it down, or save it in a word document(or equivalent) for your viewing when making future decisions, I will never withhold information though, so if you need any info in the future just post about it and I will get it in a timely manner

instead of hammering out all the rosters in a post on here, can i suggest using google documents? you can save a tab on a worksheet for each team.

the way i would do it is screenshot each team's roster and contract information, then have everyone enter their own team's info

Just played around with the draft class and roster and they seemed to work well together. The best players in the draft start around mid-high 70s and then the prospects drop off into the mid-low 60s. Seems to be fairly well balanced in my opinion.

Just played around with the draft class and roster and they seemed to work well together. The best players in the draft start around mid-high 70s and then the prospects drop off into the mid-low 60s. Seems to be fairly well balanced in my opinion.

Ratings shouldn't be too much of an issue, but make sure to look at the tendencies, especially touches and Take Shot Tendency. Those will make the biggest difference in how many touches players get during gameplay. In my roster, most players have between 30-60 in Take Shot and between 15-35 in Touches. If the draft class isn't rated similarly, you'll have rookies taking more shots than anybody else on the roster.

If you want me to look at a draft class and tweak the tendencies to fit with my roster (if that's the one selected to use), let me know and I will. It shouldn't take much time at all to just change a few tendencies. Probably a night or so.

i totally agree with this. then maybe if we edit minutes and stuff we can do it ourselves on the google docs of our own team then post that we updated our minutes and roster changes?

Taking a look, seems like he shot tendency is a bit high, touches are slightly higher than the range you gave. If you are willing to come up with a draft class that matches your roster, that would be great.

Also, I don't think it's a problem if GM's negotiate via PMs or whatever. The final terms should be posted here to be confirmed by the commissioner. But there's not really harm that could be done by talking outside of this thread, nor is there really a way of preventing it.

I agree. Streaming each game will take a long time. I was thinking more of key match-ups. I would like to get through a few seasons as well, so maybe determine what games on the schedule deserve to be streamed and go from there?

As for GMs negotiating, I think negotiating privately would be fine. Of course the final terms need to be posted and the commissioner must approve, but I don't see any harm in private negotiations. It would also cut down on unneeded posts in the thread.
