I have two #35s here. The one shooting the free throw is Cincinnatus Powell. I believe the the Stars player is Wayne Hightower.

Yes, I just didn't want to be presumptuous and assume he arbitrarily plucked Shawnelle Scott from a pre-made list. Posting these pictures are way more fun for me when I post the first player that comes to mind, rather than using that list to scan and locate, so I was just hoping he either had a story or a very respectable jersey number recall.
