I agree this is big. For those of us who remember late 80s/90s basketball when the sport was at its very peak, the 92 Olympic team is a dream (pun) come true. I could care less about current top teams like the lakers or the heat but love the classic teams a lot.

And considering the media started a small controversy between Kobe and MJ over the better Olympic team I like the whole What-If? showdown scenario 2K is using to market this.

Im with u on this u know why ppl complain about classic teams because some of the them wasnt born yet im talking about the ppl that complain about classics if u feel me that meansUUUUUUUUUU like the bro. said i could care less about the current NBA i PLAY CLASSIC BASKETBALL

Yes, Chuck was in NBA 2K for the Dreamcast. I think he may have also been in NBA 2K6 (XBox 360 version), but I'm not certain, on one of the Legend teams. Nice to see him back in the game and hopefully people can Hex edit Pippen on the Dream Team. Just gotta hope editing isn't made difficult and Pippen's cyberface is still on the disc.

I'd be thrilled that they're including the Dream Team, but without Scottie, it's not really the Dream Team. He was far too integral a player to leave out, I'd rather have no Dream Team than one without Pip. Even so, it'd still be a playable unit, unlike the classic Bulls teams that will be missing him sorely.

If there's anything that can be done, whether it be offering Pippen via DLC unlock to offset the cost, or renegotiating, I hope that 2K takes that extra step.

I don't think it'd be ideal by any means, and yes, it would be rather pathetic, but if the budget crew cut him off(and we don't know that for sure), that IS a possible solution.

Leaving Pippen out all together is even worse, though, since it throws a gigantic monkey wrench into the classic rosters. It'd be the equivalent of omitting Westbrook from the Thunder or (cheap shot incoming) Wade's manipulating, flopping self from the Heat. Sure, you could create those guys or download them, or even hack them on the 360, but it'd sure make the roster feel incomplete. Many, especially on the PS3 would prefer to take a distasteful step to have a solid roster than to simply have gaping holes like Pippen missing.

As to settle the "Will legend teams be included in this year's version debate.", I copied and pasted this directly from the 2k website. Carefully read the last sentence of the paragraph.

What's the point of getting Barkley to sign on while losing Pippen? We're probably not getting the '93 Suns and the Dream Team is not a big deal, especially at the cost of messing up the classic Bulls rosters. This is **** news to me.

for my part when i played to nba 2k11 for the first time i saw a lot of defaut in the game (not barkley)!!

when i learnt first news about nba 2k12, i told me that nba 2k13 will be the greatest game of all time with barkley!!

and today i learn that pippen is not in the game!!

Be happy we actually got the Dream Team. Hex editors will probably easily add him to the team. Or hopefully we can just move him from one of the Bulls teams ourselves.

Everybody complained about not having Barkley for two years, now we get him and people still complain.

please people look this photo, it's just awful, jordan behind Drexler, generic shoes for every player, barkley with bad shoulder, no Pippen, bird with the same haircut, jersey with bad looking.

It's the worthiest new i have never heard!!

but i don't understand 2k want everybody add a tweet to improve nba 2k but i feel that it was useless, because nobody tweet a message "no pippen in the dream team could be a good thing!!!"

i think all our message has not been read by 2k, 2k do as they want to win the maximum of money.

And do you think 2k will respect this wishlist when they become to annonce that pippen will not be in the dream team? and you will go on the menu of NbA 2k13 with the song "and i ain't no joke, joke joke..." for my part i will certainly not buy nba 2k13!! it's more and more clear!!
