Ditto on the DLC Players, however unlikely it is that that will happen.

As far as the new team, '01 Sixers, here's my hope for the roster.

Iverson - we've already seen his player model

Eric Snow - hopefully added as he could also go on the 95-95 Sonics roster as a rookie.

George Lynch - really hope to see him included with a decent cyberface, never really been able to make/find a CAP for him that I like.

Tyrone Hill - same as Lynch a cyberface for him would be nice.

Mutombo - left over from 2k12 should be on this team and the Nuggets

Theo Ratliff - not sure about his status, was in the FA pool last in 2k12 if I remember right, didn't play last season, unsure of retirement status, he's up in the air for inclusion I guess.

Aaron McKie - would be a nice to have but a relatively good CAP of him is pretty easy to find.

Toni Kukoc - already in game

Vernon Maxwell - already in game

Nazr Mohammed - still active player, should have no problem with him being on the team

Raja Bell - same as Mohammed

Todd MacCulloch - nothing better than a big ugly white guy cyberface from 2k, hope he's in for comic value alone.

Matt Geiger - same as MacCulloch, but I have seen a couple CAPs of him before

Jumaine Jones - not a big deal, in/out either way I can deal.

That's 14 of the 19 players that were on the roster at some point that season. Some guys like Kukoc and Maxwell weren't with the team for the playoffs so I can see them just being on the Bulls/Rockets, maybe that will lead to Rodney Buford or Kevin Ollie being added. Either way we should get 4-5 new players with cyberfaces.

This in no way makes up for the loss of all the DLC players from 2k12, but it's better than nothing.

.Some of the other notable names on that roster: Dikembe Mutombo, George Lynch, Tyrone Hill, and Todd MacCulloch

I don't know how serious this is.
Naming Todd over Snow and McKie gives me the feeling it could be legit.
Guess we'll see in some days..

From what I gather, the author was listing notable players in real life not which ones would be in the game along side A.I. although those list of notable real players and the ones 2k adds should be pretty similar.

          Yeah, you are probably right.
I just don't get how you can mention MacCulloch before the Starting PG oder 6th Man of the year

Really excited to see what 2k did.
Mutombo and AI should be safe.
          I think we'll have:
          Lynch, MacCulloch,Bell,Ollie,Jones

Snow wasn't on the Sonics team in 2k12.
Hill wasn't on the Cavs team.
So i doubt they got them now.

I know Snow wasn't on 2k12 and there was no need for to be as a rookie 12-15th man on the bench, but he should be in 2k13(IMO) as Iverson needed a bigger/defensive minded PG to balance out his lack of size at SG. If they do have him in then why not go ahead and add the rookie version to the Sonics since they had multiple version of guys lesser know guy like Tree Rollins and Paul Mokeski.

Hill wouldn't have been on the Cavs team in 2k12 since its the 89-90 version and he entered the league in 90-91 with Warriors(which were in the game also). Did you mean he wasn't on that Warriors team?

I will always hold out hope until the game comes out. It looked like Pippen was a no go this year but they got him back. Last year we got the full list of players and teams and then they added LaPhonso Ellis to the Nuggets.

Also if the DLC players are all gone, then a small portion of the money used to get them should be able to land the likes of Eric Snow and Tyrone Hill. I guess we'll have to wait and see as 2k seems to not be pressing the classic players/teams this year(no specific mode etc) like they did in 2k12 and I don't see them releasing much more info as they claim be behind schedule on insights.

My Mistake. I had the wrong team on my mind.
But i knew that he was missing :/

Even if the DLC Legends are gone, they will still be hidden and the hex editors will be able to find them and put them on classic teams. this is for xbox 360 only though.

So far, yes. Unless you count the Dream Team(really only added Barkley, which is huge don't get me wrong, and Laettner) and 2012 Olympic team(which I don't). At this point all we know that has been added along the lines of classic players is Iverson, Barkley, and Laettner. Which players will join A.I. is still unknown, so really it's one team(once again A.I. is the only for sure guy we know of) and 2 players. Pretty lackluster after all the added teams and players last year, not to mention that the DLC players are most likely gone as well.

I don't want to say that took things away, since the DLC was an optional purchase(at least in the beginning), but they kinda did. If things stay like they are in relation to classic teams/players then 2k took one step forward(adding A.I. and Barkley/Dream Team) and two steps back(loss of all the DLC players).

I'll get over it, I was super excited for all the additions to 2k12 before I knew about the DLC players(and that you add them to regular rosters with a workaround) and since all the 2k12 classic teams are still included I'll still have a much better base for classic rosters than I had in 2k11 and before.

What system do you have? I am on the PS3 and as long as you have the DLC, you can download the workaround from 2k share. The rosters were uploaded there with all legends in FA pool. I think the roster file was Akennedy or something like that.

I have the 360. My question is how exactly do you get the dlc legends onto the roster on the ps3 without hex editing?

I don't know who did it, how they did it, or anything. All I know is someone did it and it was sweet. I think it was some kind of glitch and not a hex edit, since PS3 only got the players and not the extra jerseys and stuff.
