I still think they will have more customization this year. Just because Ronnie chose a haircut that was in last year's game doesn't mean they didn't add more variety this year. We gotta wait and see, fellas.

They give black people faces from the first bar of faces and white people faces from the 2nd bar. I'm just glad there's no more green haired people anymore.

yea there are some pretty weird looking white and black people in the draft class generator. however, that is NOTHING compared to how bad they butcher their latino and hispanic prospects. its borderline offensive.

2k's lack of skin tones and facial templates (only 3 in 2k12) needs fixing just as much as the hair.

If only 2K would pay attention to the details in several gamemodes, the game would be so much better.

Now they're coming up with all these new additions 2K EVERYWHERE, fancy (olympic) teams to amaze you, wardrobes and other stuff hoping that we won't notice the things they never changed or addressed.


Imho, 2K is blowing smoke into our eyes. By the looks of it, they have added A LOT of things (I give them props for it) to the game. But I rather have them change vital details like these hairstyles/tattoo's/faces/...

Focus on the core. Things like these and finish them properly:
-gameplay
-servers
-art/details/...

AND then come up with all the crazy add-ons to amaze us.



The feeling I'm getting is or will be: "How can you hate the game when they added 1000 new things. That's not fair of you. They did so much for us already".



Also, Ronnie's caracter is so ugly. I swear, every time I see those random rookies created by the CPU they all look the same. Same light skin color, weird hair, same face and everyone has this weird tiny moustache. How hard is it to create 20 new players and not give each one the same face or look?!

hahaha this is awesome yet sad at the same time. I'd also like to see better black guy hair styles. Maybe give the ability to add designs in your hair or something to that nature.

I said it once and ill say it again, 2k has the worst art team in the gaming industry. Tattoos suck hair sucks(no waves!??) jerseys STILL float (its 2012 players wear Adidas revolution jerseys! Fitted jerseys! Not this 2001 baggy crap) shorts are to baggy the color blue for the warriors and knocks are to light. Huh. There's an entire list. Worst art team ever for a video game.

The sad fact of it is that's not really hyperbolic. Created white players in 2k10-12 really do look like this. It's crazy.

Saints Row the 3rd has some awesome selection for hairstyle, in fact their whole create a player customization is pretty good. It would be nice if 2K could update the hairstyle selection, but I doubt if they did (hoping I'm wrong).

Great thread, they could definitely use a great deal of new hairstyles. Maybe a few options for cornrows not just one style. Flat tops, tapers, mohawks, etc. And the ones they have now can be a bit modified.
