O yea and Ima do what I always do...
6'1 PG-Thomas Hamilton. He's modeled most after me and even though my name isn't Thomas, it sounds most like my name when the announcers say it. My real name sucks lol...

Deon Gatling. 6'7 Athletic lefty PG with a blonde mohawk. Won a ring in 11 with the Wolves, and in 12 with the Suns...hope to win one this year too! If they have "Create a legend" mode I may just play as Kendall Marshall instead...

I usually name mine Jamie Stone, after a guy I know who played amateur basketball for a couple of years after high school lol. I don't know what position he was in real life (presumably small forward though based on his size, 6'7" 225).

My ancestor Ty Cobb works and is used by the announcers... lots of baseball names are: Derick Jeter among others are all taking from 2k's baseball game I think.

Usually I pick a all-time great I want to model MyPlayer after (ie Steve Kerr) take their last name and go with a cool first name I find in the Rookies... so last year I had: Brandon Kerr ... the bastard of Steve Kerr....

What is funny is that in 2k12, if you name yourself Kerr, the sayings that the announcers use in the Legends games that include Steve will be used for you ... so I can't remember all the times that Clark congratulated Steve every time I hit both free-throws.
