If I get the game early would it come with the All Star Weekend DLC?

Because I know last year I didn't preorder it and the codes for the Kings and Warriors were still there.

from watching this it looks like the asw content will come inside the game like the 2 classic teams last year

That's why I didn't wanna tell anyone about the place I was getting the game from until after I got it, so if that store did stop selling it early, I'd have at least gotten it already.

Though sadly,the store isn't selling it early.

Makes me think that 2K isn't shipping out games until the weekend or something. Or the store I go to, just gets EA games early.

2K doesn't control that, the distribution centers do. I know a number of mom&pop stores that get their games from Gamestops distribution centers, so that could be a reason we're seeing fewer and fewer early releases each year.
