I don't mean to get your hopes up, but I heard about a spot and just called em. They said Tuesday.

I swear to God, Philly doesn't get jack squat on this "Early game release" tip.

At This Point i t think its safe to say there is absolutely Positively No point in trying to get 2k early now its only 48 hours away

What a lot of u guys have to realize is if u call the place they aren't going to give u the information over the phone u have to go to the store and see in person. They don't know who is calling them so they won't give out that info on the phone. I have a spot in Elizabeth, NJ if people want to check it out I'm working all week so I can't go down there and check. They usually get it early, but if u call they will lie. I did that a couple times then went down there and they would have it. PM me for info

i just tried a 7 eleven in san jose, and as was speculated, this particular one doesn't sell video games. i also tried calling a couple local indie shops, but none claimed to have it. i'm not trying to drive to the scant few indie game shops scattered around the bay area to verify, so i'm concluding my search up here. gonna see about copping back home in socal tonight or it sounds like most likely monday. and you better believe i'll buy monday, even if only to have it a few hours earlier. F big box retailers!

I pre-ordered and paid for it at the Gamestop accross the street from my house (Got $18 credit on the price for a much of old sport games I'm never going to look at again.) They're having a midnight but Tuesday is a work day so I'll likely not go and pick it up on the way home from work on Tuesday.

I'm probably gonna get it on Tuesday, though I'm gonna try to force myself to not play it until Thursday, cause I got lots of school stuff to do this week,and after Thursday, I'll be done it. So really hoping I can manage to stay away from 2K13 until then.

as reported, the spot in socal says tomorrow (monday). the distributors did well this year. hopefully some new leaks are sprung next year.

odd how one dude said the spot had RE6 last thurs. if true, you'd think they'd keep a title like that on tighter lock than a nichey game like 2k.

in any case, after reading the first few pages of the impressions thread, i still have no reservations about getting it tomorrow. F an allstar weekend preorder!
