Whats the bug?

Can't seem to make white shoes in create-a-shoe (or whatever it's called).

What game mode did you experience the bug/glitch in? (Gameplay, Franchise, Online, Front End, etc.....)

Create-a-shoe.

How did it happen or what did you do to trigger it? Can you recreate it?

Any time I select white as a color for a shoe part, it always ends up light grey. Even if I take a pre-existing shoe with white sections, then do nothing to that shoe and save it as is, the white parts turn out light grey instead.

How often can the bug be reproduced?

I've tried maybe three or four different shoe types, none of which will give me that crisp, bright white.

And yes, I'm sure I'm selecting white and not light grey.

Do you have video or pictures?

No.

Idk, it was working fine and then I installed the update on Xbox and played a game vs the CPU. The shot feedback told me my release was late every single time even if I just tapped "X". Then I went into practice mode and the shot feedback showed every possible form of feedback at once (early, perfect, late release) all overlapping each other

How often can the bug be reproduced? every time i shoot a jumpshot

What's the Bug?: Games played in offline Association Mode are not earning VC.

How can it be reproduced?: 2 games have earned 700VC (All-Star, 7 minute quarters), but the rest have not.

Whats the bug? After finishing my 6th my career game, i exited and got a message saying "Error communicating with server", and then I was kicked to the main menu. The game did not count, but i received the VC. Then I tried loading the My Career again, and I had to restart the game. After finishing another game, I got the same message. I can play all the other online modes without any problems.

When I'm running a play on any mode and I'm setting the screen the play goes completely away. I really need to run plays completely.

The Association: offline

Bugs: No playvision even when play calling is on. Not saving settings according to camera settings or playvision.

My career mode, it happens all the time, and every game.

That's not a glitch? You can't change the start date because the season hasn't started yet?

Therefore you can't choose to pick up and play the season as it is, the only point you can start at is the start of the real season?

Mee too!
Setting a screen jus broke the play in every moment!!
It's impossible to run plays with this problem, and without plays it's just no way to play the game..Especially when you play with more players on same console as i do.

Glitch: get benched with a b- teammate grade, just over b-
When subbed back in I start off at c+ half way.

Gametype: my career

Frequency: all the time, every time I'm subbed

same thing happened to me for the ps3. i bought 3 packs which gives you 10,000 extra so i should have 60,000 in total but haven't received it and its been a week. I called up 2k and they said that this issue is a level 2 priority. i just think they don't give a crap about Europe and other countries to be honest

None of my menus have any music, EXCEPT for MyCareer and Association menus.

I believe I was on the online menu and pressed quit. As soon as I got to the main menu my music stopped. This was shortly after I downloaded the new patch.

Every time I'm on a menu. I've tried turning my Xbox off and back on but it's still not working.
