Whats the bug?
I last saved my mycareer after i quit a match that already started. Now I can not save my mycareer any longer. Every time I load my mycareer it starts during the match i saved in last. No matter whether iI try to quit and save or just quit the running match. My game only replies that it failed to connect to the servers and kicks me out to the main menue.

What game mode did you experience the bug/glitch in? (Gameplay, Franchise, Online, Front End, etc.....)
It happened in mycareer mode.

How did it happen or what did you do to trigger it? Can you recreate it?
When i saved and quit a match in mycareer mode, loaded it and tried to regularly quit the game to get back to the mycareer-menue it must have created a difference in VC saved on the 2k servers and on my ps3.

How often can the bug be reproduced?
I can not reproduce the bug once, since i can not save mycareer (new or load). Every time i try it the game fails to connect to the servers and goes back to the main-menue.

Do you have video or pictures?
I do not, but my (german-version of the) game always says literally: 'Probleme bei der KOmmunikation mit dem Server' wich translated means something like: 'failed to connect to the server'.

Whats the bug?
Gametrack fails to track shots after the first half\ forgets the shots from the first half thus displaying only a fraction of the FGA's by the end of the game

The same goes for rebounds\assists

(11 min quarters, about 80 FGA's for each team)

What game mode did you experience the bug/glitch in?
All mode (PC version), this bug has been present and ruining Gametrack since NBA 2K9 (at least)

How did it happen or what did you do to trigger it? Can you recreate it?
Get it every game I play

How often can the bug be reproduced?
anytime

Do you have video or pictures?
I can get some but it is so easy to reproduce that I do not see the point

first bug i got was in my career. There was 1 min left in the first overtime got subbed and magically I'm in with 2 minutes left so i figured it was double ot until game was still tied at the buzzer and the announcers said it was time for the second overtime

Right from the start in the main menu.

No idea, it started randomly.

It has benn happening for 4 days straight.

Whats the bug? Fastbreak defense.

What game mode did you experience the bug/glitch in? So far quick games.

I don't know if this is considered a bug or a glitch, but I think the CPU is trying to run after a rebound so often - and with success, is mainly because of what many guys here asked for (rightfully) after 2K12: If I remember correctly, guys were asking for better fastbreaks with less catch-up etc.. The outcome was that in 2K13 fastbreaks are great to run, but the team with possession automatically receives like a little "Turbo" speed boost over the team trying to defend. You can take a slow player running on a break, and he can outrun quick/fast players many times.

You can press R2 (Turbo) as much as you want, but the effect is very minor compared to the other team. It's as if your turbo adds 10% to your speed, while their turbo adds 50% to their speed, and your speed also increases very slowly compared to the team with the ball.

If 2K can tone this down, but still keep fastbreaks real, fun and effective, this game will be much better than the amazing game it already is.

But it seems like it would be the same kind of thing..
Just make sure you sign out while you're in the game.
Let it bring you back to the home page
Where you would normally get that message
But you won't get it this time...
Then sign back in, and boom..
Your VC won't be there before you sign in
But right after you do it will reappear.
Don't worry!

It seems like a problem with the file from 2k..
Like it got damaged somehow
Maybe when it was sent over..

When I sign out it just kicks me to the start menu so I don't get a chance to quit the game. Am I doing it wrong?

Whats the bug?

When I hit "play next game" after the dunk contest, the season ended 30 games early. Literally when I hit play next game, the season awards screen popped up showing who won MVP, DPOY, etc. Then the season ended. Funny thing is, the last 30+ games just disappeared completely. You can check the standings and see all teams played like 53-55 games and that's it, season just ended...

Hit play next game after the dunk contest. Not sure if I can recreate it, haven't gotten that far.

Not on me, but if I had to produce them, I could show you how on my player card, it shows the season ended with 54 games played...

Here's what you do...
Start a game or resume the saved game, sign out of playstation network.
Simply Press the playstation button go to Account Management
Press Triangle and Sign out..
Quit the game in progress...

It will bring you back to the home page with your payday and team..
It will save the User Profile.. But it won't retrieve anymore data from 2k
At that point, sign back into PSN
Your VC will come back and everything will go back to normal..
What I did was a drill just so it could save to the 2k network again..
And my file has been good ever since.

How do you do it for Xbox step by step I'm confused

How do you do I tried and then I clicked back on my career exited the game but it said the same thing , when I signed out it took me back to the start main menu and I signed in and then clicked on my career and that's what happened

Asked for a trade from my GM (sixers), after a few games, told me that he granted my wish and i got traded.. to the same sixers.. what's even worse is in that same trade, we managed to net Andrew Bogut (we already have Bynum) for just a future 1st rounder..

The biggest problem with 2k13 (and all the other 2k's) is still the same -

You can not add a draft class in an Associtaon mid season or later in the season

This is absolutely RIDICULOUS.

It means that if you want to play an Association that you casnt do it realisitcally, because the Draft Class you add now will change in months time when you finish your season. College players will elect to stay in school. some will elect to enter the draft.

Basically 2k are saying 'sure start an Association but you better be able to predict the future, cos the Draft class you load at the start of the season is the Draft Class you are stuck with. '


Someone explain the the logic in this?

Why the hell would they not let us add Draft classes at the middle or end of the season????????

I am so angry. It has made Association made UNPLAYABLE, once again.

First of all my rookie game froze in the 1st quarter. I turned my XBOX off and on and when i went back in mycareer it had skipped the game. Then MORE IMPORTANTLY after i completed the slam dunk contest MY SCHEDULE WENT BLANK so no games anywhere! when i press play next game it goes straight to the playoffs despite the fact that every team has only played around 50 games

Yea I completed fifty-four games in the season and after the dunk contest it skipped to the 1st round of the playoffs.. This is unacceptable and we need to hear what you're doing about this. If it's possible I'll make a suggestion to fix it and return everyone right back to the dunk contest so our rookie seasons aren't shortened/ruined. If that's not possible start us back at the showcase with our progression exactly where it's at. I paid for VC, and now I'm regretting it. One more thing, it is a major issue as well. I'm a SF in MyCareer and there is no auto-playcalling besides on an inbound. I can't even manually call plays because I'm unable to become a play initiator. I turned auto-play calling on in the MyCareer menus and also turned the play vision to full and show all plays, still no play calling (besides on inbounds.)
Also the coach does not take you out when you get in foul trouble, I am already a star on the team so it's not because I'm not a big part of the team. Alright 2K, Can you have Ronnie2k or LD2k address the 2k community about what you're going to be doing about all this?
