Mycareer mode continually freezing after first regular season game when trying to quit out of game

Quit out of first regular season game. Happens every time I try to play the game and quit after finishing.

How often can the bug be reproduced?
Every single time, even when I created another player and tried to start over.


This is a MAJOR issue, as the main mode I bought the game for (and an Xbox at that) is defunct and I am unable to play in it besides the first game over and over without saving it.

shot releases are way too long for every player.. not sure if this is a shot feedback glitch or just the way the game is but you have to hold for an unnatural amount of time on most of these releases

I just noticed this playing around in freestyle mode. You said it perfectly, you need to hold the stick for an unnaturally long time to get the green shot release. It's not fluid, it's like a beat slow on every player.

Another issue: is it not possible any more to select the player you want to bring in for a double team? It used to be tap L1, and select the icon of the guy you want to double. Now when I tap L1 on defense nothing happens. It'd be very disappointing if they removed that function from the game.

Blake did a one handed dunk and the ball went through the net but it didn't count. It resulted in a kicked ball violation.

How often can the bug be reproduced?
Only happend once.

Ref stuck on trying to pick up ball after going out of bounds and trying to pass it to the player inbounding the ball.

Ball got knocked out of bounds on the left side towards the bottom. Inbounds was close to half court. The ref got stuck trying to pick up the ball which looked like it was close to the player. Once he picked it up he ran into the player for a few seconds. Then he ran through the crowd and back out on the court and finally passed it to the player for the inbounds.

How often can the bug be reproduced?
Only happend once.

Do you have video or pictures?
Nope...but if I did,with the very unfortuante way he got stuck I wouldnt' be allowed to post them anyway.

Whats the bug?
This looks so bad I consider it a bug: when players go to the bench, they switch out to an ugly low-detail level of themselves right on court. This looks especially bad during free throws, and you can really see the pop. They shouldn't switch detail levels until they've hit the bench. This wasn't a problem in 2K12.

Happens on every sub, especially noticeable during free throws.

Now sure but seems like it happens if I pick Next Move too quickly after some dialogue event during training.

Season stats for teams are currently completely out of wack, because season hasn't started.

What game mode did you experience the bug/glitch in?
Exhibition.

How did it happen or what did you do to trigger it? Can you recreate it?
Happens whenever announcers look at team stats and trends. I believe it's because there is no current valid data for teams because the season hasn't begun, but they highlighted both the Bulls and Warriors as having the same stats: 0% Opponent FG, 39% 3-pointer, and somehow being the top 1/3 of teams in shot blocks. I know this will fix itself eventually as the season starts but it'd be nice to have the game not show stats if there aren't any valid stats.

The commentators also talk about it being "late season" and showing last season's records while mentioning those are the standings in October. Would be good to have this stuff fixed since it affects first impressions for people who pick up the game early.

Whats the bug? MY Career keeps freezing after my first NBA game. I've even tried making another My Player and it still happens

I think it's an issue to where if you save your settings (changing difficulty, time of quarters) will trigger this to happen. If I don't change settings at all, I'm fine. If I do, well it freezes -- which is a royal pain.

Have to find out how to disable auto-save so I can just change my settings before every session.

Sometimes it won't let me make a substitution. I would change players, but during dead ball, he won't sub in.

Cannot Select Star Players in Blacktop Mode on PC

There is no VC Currency system in the PC version. On PS3/360 these star players are unlocked using VC. It appears these players are locked on the PC version with no way to unlock them. They do not appear at all in the menu.

All the time.

I do not. Imagine the players with VC symbols next to their name just not being there at all.

Today I made my myplayer, then afterwards created a mycareer and played through the draft and my 1st NBA game. I stopped playing and then a few hours later my brother wanted to play. He went straight to the menu>my career>new, because he wanted to play a mycareer. He started it up and saw that he couldn't change the name because mine was already there in uneditable text. He looked around and went to my myplayer in the menu, went to edit it and pressed "choose a new my player". From there he change the name, and everything about the my player. He created a career with that myplayer and was fine. When i then went back to load up my career my character in mycareer's name was changed to my brothers, and his looks were completely changed. And we later learned that both of our careers share the same characters and we share VC. This turned out to be a very big problem because it almost ruins the whole game for us because we really don't want to have to use the same myplayer.
