UPDATE ON PA ANNOUNCER BUG/GLITCH....


Ok, I have found out more info on the nickname glitch/bug. This only happens in My Career mode. I made several created players with my My Player name, and a few with stock database names 2k provides. The PA announcer ON ALL OFFLINE GAMEMODES (except my career) says your players 1st and last name. The play-by-play commentators also say your players name. Just like 2k11 &12. This bug seems to be isolated in my career mode only. So far, I have not found any work around. Hopefully, 2k will be able to patch this without us having to start our my players over.

How did it happen or what did you do to trigger it? Can you recreate it?
Yes. If you miss a shot, and the CPU rebounds the ball, the CPU and team mates will rush down the court to attack the basket rather than run a play.

How often can the bug be reproduced?
All the time

Do you have video or pictures?
No. Just play a game, intentionally miss a shot and watch what happens when the CPU rebounds the ball.

I found an extremely cheap way to fix the issue with MyPlayer for 360 4GB Slim users. If you're interested just shoot me a PM, it's nothing illegal and something that 2K suggested via phone that I used Google to lower the price of.

Hopefully they patch this soon, though.

{PS3} Game Freezed equal to 2k12 issue

From the moment I bought the game, I was able to go into the Tutorial, and then left it to go to Freestyle Practice mode, and the was stuck on the Loading Screen, it wasn't as if the system froze up, because the music still played and the screen kept flasshing statistical updates of players, but it just never advanced passed that point. Quit game, and tried again, and I had the same result.

Wouldn't expect file corruption to be an issue upon the first time playing the game.

Please help going through a full year of this frustration again is unacceptable.

online association server problems

Online association is still having difficulties and keeps saying failed to connect with server.. this also happened a lot last year. Very frustrating!!

I have the same exact problem. I've taken my game back & swapped it out 3 times and still get the same result. It's frustrating

Yes. If you attempt to shoot from a rack, there is a long delay before the shot is taken. Also unable to get thru all racks due to delay in said shot release.

Whats the bug?
Post players in Association mode automatically have their 3pt tendencies improve every season even though they can't shoot. This results in post players having their FG% get worse on a yearly basis because they are hoisting up threes that they do not have the ability to hit. This happened in 2k12 aswell.

In my career the cpu wont run plays when the setting is turned on and i would change the setting of seeing the play when a play is called... but every time i play a game in my career it would be off and every thing would be in default setting.... I have to keep changing the setting every time i play a game its really getting annoying
