Whats the bug?
The music in the menu is all gone after you open your MyCareer player mode screen

What game mode did you experience the bug/glitch in?
MyCAREER

How did it happen or what did you do to trigger it? Can you recreate it?
Get into MyCareer mode and music will just disappear for the rest of the menus

How often can the bug be reproduced?
Everytime I go into MyCareer mode

Front End.

How did it happen or what did you do to trigger it? Can you recreate it?

It happens when I go to different modes (Online, MyTeam) and the game auto-saves my user profile. I can recreate my going between those two modes and the regular menus a few times. I'm pretty sure it's the user profile auto-saving that's causing this.

How often can the bug be reproduced?

Frequently. I don't know exactly how it triggers but if I go between the MyTeam, Online and regular menus it happens.

I'm not getting an email to reset my MyPlayer password

Needed to reset my password so I pressed A reset it, a warning popup comes on the screen asking you are you sure you want to reset it. I click yes, then it says: "Updating MyPlayer Account. Please Wait. All it does is stay on the screen for a few seconds before it just goes back to the MyPlayer main menu.

Yes each time I try again, it does the same thing over & over again.

What's the bug? Every time i try to start a game with the knick being the home team, it loads and brings me to the pretip and everything is black with colors randomly coming in

What game mode? quick games.

What did you do to trigger it? Try to start a game with knocks at home

How often can it be reproduced? Each time

I don't have any video on it. Has this happened to anyone else?

FIX THE COLORS IN THE GAME...I HATE LOOKING AT PINKISH RED JERSEYS...AKA SIXERS,BULLS OR ANY TEAM THAT HAS A RED UNIFORM..PLEASE FIX THE BLACK AWAY JERSEYS..THE HEAT AND SPURS JERSEYS ARE GREY.IT'S REALLY ANNOYING..AND FIX THE KNICKS JERSEYS AND COLOR IS WAAAAAY OFF. AND LEBRON HEADBAND IS TOO LOW.IT WAS PERFECT IN 2K12...RIDICULOUS 2K

Bug: Purchased 10000 VC from PSN store. And it did not appear when I played the game.

Fellaz im feeling very dissapointed at the moment, it seems for some reason that whenever i have finished a game in MyPlayer mode and exit back to the main menu my game instantly freezes!!!!! i have tried a new disc, cleaning the disc and cleaning electrical connection to xbox. Still with no luck.
I am in deperate need of a solution.
Help me obe wan kanobe your my only hope.

Reposting because i didnt follow the template

Bug: Purchased VC from PSN store does not appear when I play the game.

Gamemode: Well, no actual game mode, but since its VC ill say its for myplayer/mycareer

How it happened: I went to the PSN store for my country (Australia) purchased the 10000VC from the add ons for NBA 2k13. When I started the game up again, the VC did not appear. I have not attempted to recreate the problem because I did not want to waste any more money incase it did not work again.

How often the bug is reproduce: Well, every time i start the game hoping it appears, it does not.

Pictures or video: No videos or pictures, sorry

I don't know if its just me but

The Bug / problem is: Menus take long time to show up

example. you are in the quick game screen and you decide to go to the manage roster page and the game seems to pause for a extended time before it comes up. The same pause happens when you go back to the home screen.

and its not b/c the game is saving as auto save is turned off

ive bought 3 and no VC and am in aus.
gettin really irate and get the run around from playstation website.
unless you have a direct link there is a million pages to get to the contact us link.
i wonder if xbox users get this problem in aus.

Bug: no trade transaction while simulating in the offseason and chris paul signing with cavs. this were in NBA 2k12. They havent revamp anything.

Gamemode: Offline Association

How it happened: while doing a test simulation.

How often the bug is reproduce: so far only tried once

Bug: Gametrack not displaying correct scenes

Gamemode: All

How it happened: Trying to rewatch certain plays from gametrack (to save as highlights, good manners to do it after the game when playing online), you get shown wrong scenes or the same one all the time
