how high is your Consistency rating guys?

My PG consistency rating is still a 65.

I'm a shooting guard for the Kings and I'm really enjoying the mode. I love the Kings franchise (especially their colors) and I purchased a Kings shirt, shorts, and a purple and black sleeve. Individually I have been playing great, and I just won rookie of the month. The only problem is, we can't win. We're currently 3-11 and the losing has been very frustrating. We've been blown out numerous times and the social media has even noted that despite my best efforts and great performances we've still been coming short of wins. I'm not requesting a trade so I'm wondering who I should ask our GM to trade for. I don't want anything too unrealistic but it's hard to come up with 5 players to trade for. I'm thinking of Terrence Williams because he's a good athletic dunker but idk, any suggestions?

That is why I feel comfortable leaving there. His OVR might continue to drop big time, but he does have great potential and it shows when he is on the court.

I dont there is anything that can keep me on this team after next season, unless we get a good PG. I think I am stunting Anthony Davis development anyway. Most of the games I play he barely gets over 10pts and might get over 10 rebs.

For me, it is mostly Rivers. Rivers and Demunyck is mostly similar. Even though Demunyck shooting ratings were lower, he was making his shots(in the 1st half). Plus his 87 Off AWR really shows on the court. And his Potential is higher than Rivers. It is good that we have scoring options at all 5 spots, but we cant really have ball hogs at more than one spot. That is why I wanted Demunyck. Even though he has high shoot tendency, he did find his teammates(Big Baby went off on me because of the passes he was getting). Plus I really hate the amount of times Rivers attempts runners/floaters.

I wanna try and go after DeAndre Jordan. They signed Nikola Pekovic in the offseason, so they are stacked up front now. DJ is still the starter though. At the moment we are 6-4 so we arent losing enough to get to request players. I just wish the GM would go after people you request in the offseason. I requested Greg Oden and Terrence Williams and got neither.

I wanna try and go after DeAndre Jordan. They signed Nikola Pekovic in the offseason, so they are stacked up front now. DJ is still the starter though. At the moment we are 6-4 so we arent losing enough to get to request players. I just wish the GM would go after people you request in the offseason. I requested Greg Oden and Terrence Williams and got neither.

I was hoping we would have a worser record in the beginning of the season, but we were never under .500(I dont think we even got to .500). I wanted to ask for that PG. But, other players to ask for is players with their morale down. If you know they can be a starter for your team, it is good to take a chance on them. The Rookie Center's OVR is down -10 because he is not starting.

But, they would rarely get the players we ask for in FA. The thing I dont like about FA is that you arent able to choose from the all of the FAs. You choose after all of the good players have been signed.

Hall of Fame Simulation. There have been a lot of games here we were tied going in to the 4th quarter but none of my teammates can create for themselves and they force contested shots and miss. We throw so many games away. I'm going to ask we trade for Ryan Anderson but idk about the other 4.

Unless you really want all 5 players the exact same amount, I think you should ask for the players you really want. I noticed once I slimmed down my lists, the chance of you getting that player is increased. I remember in my PG career that I filled the entire list. The last guy I chose was there just to fill out the list. We traded a lottery pick for that player. When we got Chandler, I only asked for him.

Unless you really want all 5 players the exact same amount, I think you should ask for the players you really want. I noticed once I slimmed down my lists, the chance of you getting that player is increased. I remember in my PG career that I filled the entire list. The main problem I have with my Kings squad is the defense is absolutely atrocious. Would trading for a lockdown defender or defensive anchor have enough impact to significantly improve our defense?

I am not sure about Lockdown Defender, but a Defensive Anchor would have a big effect. I only played with 1 lockdown defender for a part of 1 season, so I am not fully sure. But, someone with Defensive Anchor would make your whole defense better.

That is the problem we have. Our frontcourt defense is great, but our backcourt defense is terrible. That is why I dont like Rivers. I can put up with the high volume of shots, but when you cant stop your man it is a problem.

A good defensive person you can ask for is Eric Maynor. I dont know how he is in yours, but he has 80-84 On-Ball D in mine and he isnt over 27. He is a player that can be good off bench.

I've had about enough of this game!
I tried to play my first playoff game and it freezes my PS3 in the pregame load screen! I guess me only doing Key Games caused it because I don't know what else.


Come on 2k! How do you expect us to keep our attention span to play EVERY SINGLE GAME IN A CAREER!?


I am besides myself with the bugs and freezes that 2k let out this year. This game is FANTASTIC but these freezes makes the game UNPLAYABLE.

The only thing keeping me playing is that I know that I couldn't play every game and just to stick to the Key Games. THAT'S how much I love this game and am willing to play it and avoid it.

2k, stop messing with our Hearts!!!

Drafted by 76er's, played well finally got to start and they start me at SG...demanded a trade. Went to the Hawks for Harris and finished the first season, sent out the 2nd round of playoffs.
-Rookie of the year.

-NBA 2nd Team

Feeling good about the team in the second year, then teh GM goes crazy and gets CP3. I get moved to start at the SG position. Feeling pretty heated about that, I demand a trade.

Hawks trade me for Heat Chris Bosh. Uhm, wow. So I'm starting PG and throwing dimes to D.Wade and LJ. Our front court is bad but at the end of the day it is who can score more points, something we are very good at. So far 11-2 first 13 games, looking forward to a fun season.

If you guys haven't tried being a Center, I'd consider it deeply. I did demand a trade from the Hornets and landed on the Knicks. I did ask for the trade, but I like to imagine I didn't so I don't feel so bad.

With roughly 11 games left, my stats are as followed:

• 14.1 PPG (On 52% shooting)
• 8.7 Rebs
• 1.4 AST
• 1.4 BLKs
• .6 STLs

My Knicks are sitting as the Third best team in the Eastern Conference behind the Heat and 76ers. This group of guys is playing amazingly, but, as good as we are this year, I'm terrified for next year.

Roster:

• PG - Jason Kidd, Jarret Jack, Maybe one other guy
• SG - Iman Shumpert, JR Smith
• SF - Carmelo Anthony, Steve Novak
• PF - Amare Stoudamire, Kurt Thomas, Filler?
• C - My Guy (Wilson Tiner - 7'0" Athletic Center), Tyson Chandler, Marcus Camby

If you look at it, most of our depth will drift into Free Agency or Retirement. The Knicks gave up Ronnie Brewer and Chris Copeland to get me. They also dumped Raymond Felton and Pablo Prigioni for Jarret Jack. Rasheed Wallace disappeared somewhere as well. Anyway, Kidd, Thomas, and Camby all will retire. Jarret Jack, JR Smith, and I believe Novak are all free agents.

So I'm praying our GM makes some smart moves. Otherwise we'll be screwed.

Have any of you guys made it into Year 2 or 3 and have seen your team take a step back?

Yeah and Ibaka/Perkins helps they both have the defensive anchor i would suggest going after Batum if you can if you want a guard that's good on defense

Am I the only one here who QUITS the game and restart again when I'm losing? It's hard to win when your teamates let their man shoot 3s. *sigh*

Just thought I would share the progress of my two saves so far:

Both are legit from most of the VC I've earned. Can't seem to get a good streak going with NOLA. With my SF in Portland we went on a 5 game streak and are just at .500. Played my SF for a while but I want to get back into things with my PG because I enjoy playing PG the most.
