I don't get this at all.. I was 6 of 10 shooting.. 1-2 for 3's.. 3 assists, yet 3 turnovers in 15 minutes.. and I got a POOR performance with a C- grade .. I really didn't have that many points against me and barely lost the matchup position battle.. 0 skill points because the team lost.. the +/- stat says 0 so I didn't hurt the team really. 19 points responsible for obviously with 13 of my own and 3 assists. Best game I've had in 2k13 actually, my PG I created I mentioned before, couldn't hit a shot at all, yet earned skill points at least. This is stupid..

This SG was drafted by the 76ers at the game was vs the Knicks.. Even got the post game interview about my shot being on fire. If I hadn't got points for getting 10 points in a single game it would have been a complete waste of time, it was close to that as it was.

I think I figured out my shooting woes.. just created an all-around SG and shot 7-12 2/2 from 3's in the first half of the rookie game.. 2 assists 1 block 2 turnovers.. I still can't stop a guy driving to the basket or making the first move on me then pulling back for an open jumper so I am giving up points like crazy.. all that above and only a C grade to show for it. Bradley Beal is 11-12 shooting with 24 points in the first half partially garded by me when my SG was moved to PG for a bit.

The halftime report says I need to start crashing the boards.. in 2k12 when my PG or SG crashed the boards I ended up with ankle injuries .. ALL the time.. might do it in the rookie came since I don't expect an injury but what about regular season after the draft?

I haven't heard of anyone's player getting an injury yet. I myself have played 65 games so far and I have yet to be injured.

I was lucky enough to get drafted to the Celtics somehow. I'm a 6'3" PG who spends most of my time backing up Rondo or coming in at SG. Through 10 games or so, I'm averaging 15 points and 8 assists.

Same, I'm 6'4 though. The court is so crowded (rondo,lee,perry,bradley, myplayer) though lol, but I don't mind because I wanted to play for Boston.


KG even scored 34 points in the first key game against Miami.


What I don't get, in my 2nd game in the final 3 mins I was playing the PF?! It was a close 1 bucket difference game so I don't get why I had to play there when you got KG,Wilcox,Bass,Sullinger,Melo...


The lineup was:

sg lee
sf pierce
pf myplayer
c bass (I think)

Tried a athletic PF who I would eventually turn into Dirk/Garnett player. Just wasn't as fun as I remember it was last year with an athletic center. Plus there isn't play vision for positions other than PG so I'm just running around.

Looks like I'll be creating a PG this year.

I was just playing a great game and all of a sudden I get the message that I'm signed out on xbox live.

I've never ever had this message before, playing any game in 2 years time online. I never had problems with my connection. So what the **** is up? I'm positive it has to do something with 2K, bunch of idiots.


This game causes so much frustration, unbelievable...



Edit: Restarted my xbox and I'm logged in. I didn't even get my 300 VC nor did I get any SP, this is great 2K.

Is anyone else having trust issues with teammates?

I'm on the Mavs and Dirk is afraid to shoot the ball unless he's REALLY wide open, playing in the post, and shot clock ending.

Any other time he'll pass the ball there have been many cases when he's open he'll pass me back the play after I repeatedly passed it back to him like we playing catch!

I'm a PG I'm trying to get assists I can score on my on time. Vince and Mayo though ain't afraid to shoot the J over anybody which is sometimes great and sometimes awful.

You being signed out of XBL has nothing to do with 2k, you could have just paused the game and tried to sign back in.

I play with the Bulls, and same thing happens with Derrick Rose.

He will never shoot jumpers or 3pters at all, even though he can with his ratings. Only times he does is if the shot clock is about to go off. He does nothing but drive to the basket.

You being signed out of XBL has nothing to do with 2k, you could have just paused the game and tried to sign back in.

I did that, 100 times. I still find it funny, I never had any issues before being signed out and all of a sudden when I really need it to work/to be online it logs off.


I was thinking about exit + save game. Do you think this would have helped me?

My internet was working, I tried logging in 100 times with my account and it kept saying I couldn't log in. What else is there for me to do?

I lost out on 300 VC because of this, I even had to replay the game even though it said it saved it.

I can´t get MyPlayer online with Blacktop. Everytime i go online i get the "Crawl before you ball" message. And i have started MyCareer, played almost 1 year now, first for the celtic and now for the lakers. Still i get the message!!

What´s going on??
MyPlayer is 65 overall, and a SF.

My VC is 1250.. if that makes any difference in the matter.

And also.. where is the All Star Weekend in the game? is it only in seasons?

Is anyone else getting wide open shots on consistent basis? Teams are just sagging off of me despite the fact I lead the league in 3pt made. Until I drop like 20 points in the first half then they decide to play up on me for the rest of the game. It's slightly annoying

I know what you mean, I refuse to buy any offensive sig skills for this reason. With deadeye, you really could go nuts every game until they switch to the intense D on you.

but first they need to fix the rebounding and points in the paint, these two issues are killing this mode for me. more AI shot variety is needed, they are too obsessed with getting in the paint...
