this is the last time i order off of Amazon. I paid in full back in May and my game didn't come today. I checked why and they said i haven't been charged for the game yet. Meanwhile back in May the money was taken out of my bank account and paid for but their records say it needs to be paid for.

The other issue is i've switched banks between May and now and so when they tried to re-swipe the card it comes up with nothing since i no longer have an account with that bank. I now have to go try and find my bank statement or contact my bank to get a copy of the records, show them that the money was taken out of my account back in May (which i 100% know it was *edit* just got my June statement and surely enough, May 30, 2012 there is an Amazon transaction for the exact amount i owe on NBA 2k13), contact Amazon again and get them to finally ship my game.

If it comes and i don't have my All Star Code i'll be red hot. I'm already pissed they tried to double charge me after i already paid for the game.

I went to buy the game at gamestop just now, and because i didn't pre order they wouldn't give me the dlc. so i didn't buy the game and left. i'll just buy it on amazon for cheaper. by the looks of this thread it doesn't look like i'm missing anything anyway.

That is not possible since they do not charge you until the game is shipped out. When I pre ordered back in July for the dynasty edition they charged $1 and then charged the full amount the day before game ships. What you saw back then was an authorization which is not a charge and the charge only happens when game is sent. Therefore if you changed banks then it will not have the funds to pay for the game.

The DLC was for pre-orders only so why should they have given you the DLC? You said yourself that you didn't pre-order.

Amazon doesn't charge until it ships, so I have no idea how you were charged back in may.

I pre ordered via Amazon the dynasty edition back in July and with price adjustments on Amazon I got it for $79.99 lowest price advertised during the months in waiting. I am happy about that since that was my final charge and I got the dynasty set today from Amazon.

Only issue is that the code is not in the game case for the All Star crap. I called them and they told me they have to file an investigation and they will get back to me.

I asked if the code came in the set or was it an email but he had no clue.

What should I do.

You made a point to say they wouldn't give you the DLC so all I did was ask why should they have done it?
