    Audio Peaking?

I've played 2K13 on 360 for several hours, and I noticed that there seems to be a lot of audio peaking (bleeding, redlining, 0.0 dB, etc.) going on. I notice it with music in the menu, and with the in-game commentary. Has anybody else found that the audio seems to be a bit harsh or improperly mixed?

I REALLY hope it's not my TV, but looking at this video, I'm starting to think it's happening elsewhere: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xEczz_I3FnY (start at about :58 in).

Yeah I've noticed this as well. Thought it was my surround sound system at first, but I noticed that it only happens with 2k. Its particulary noticeable because my satellite speakers produce the crowd noise only, and they just seem to randomly cut in and out, and spike up and down in volume. Very annoying

Are you talking about the treble? Because I somewhat agree based off that video that there is a pretty high amount of treble, but it doesn't really matter.

It did this last year also and I thought it was my television but other games like Skyrim or whatever never did it. Now it's doing it this year also. It's a programming flaw somewhere glitching the audio.

Thanks for the confirmation, guys. Dang..so will turning the audio down a bit in the settings fix this?

Thank goodness for the search function on OS because I had noticed this as soon as the intro came on. First time I had this problem with an NBA 2K game (audio static, popping, distortion, etc).

I'm not sure if this problem is an 360 exclusive thing when it comes to NBA 2K13, but what I did to remedy this problem was I turned down the volume of the xbox from the dashboard. I stream music when I'm in the menus, so some songs are higher and lower than others, but cutting down the volume to your xbox (not TV) should largely fix your problem.
