I will play the second year through and then hopefully add a big name free agent to complement my young core of Irving, Waiters, TT, Zeller and the new guy I draft at the end of year 1.
Yeah last season I only made one trade.. I sent Jamison and some fillers off to Houston for Courtney Lee and Kevin Martin, then signed Lamar Odom off the free agents.. This worked perfectly for my run and gun style.. Varajao could get up and down, Lamar could hit the kick outs, Gee, Martin, and Lee all could run the break and hit the transition 3s.. And Kyrie was Kyrie lol..

The next season I added Morris and moved Lamar to my reserve PF.. I also signed Dwight off the free agents because this was the time when he was "not loyal" and chose to not resign with Orlando..I think signed Landry Fields as well.. Can't remember lol

Although it was fun playing with Dwight and Kyrie my team was almost "too good" for me to enjoy anymore.. I think I was at 27-3 record before I stopped playing it.. I simulate most games, probably play 10 or so a year and then I'll play game 7s in the playoffs if I can make it to a game 7...

The Dwight/Kyrie combo was pretty much unstoppable though..

For what ever reason I really could never use him in any 2k game. I probably should have just taken the time to learn his shot better. But I felt like Chandler would benefit me more and that Arenas would be a good backup to Irving.

might take a little while to be a good team but i would keep zeller and thompson as ur bigs. let them develop along with ur other young pieces and you will have a great squad. what are their potentials? i know zellers wont be too high but what about thompson?

On the skill graph Waiters is pretty far to the left. Thompson is even farther to the left. Zeller is a little over halfway on the skill graph.

Just started my cavs! Quick question though...I'm 1-0 with original roster but do kyrie and dion compliment each other well ? For me Dion had 18 points and grabbed 6 rebounds but kyrie had like 20 and 8 assists , waiters shot is just automatic for me! Sound right ?

Hang in there man lol. I'm currently 0-5 with the bucks. Monta is injured and I average like 87ppg . But my last two games were much better than the first three blowout losses. I'm learning the team and the game.

Finally getting the hang of my team. I somehow beat the Bulls and just won against the Suns. I really like my bench. If Chandler is having a bad game I have Alonzo Gee or Damion James to back him up. In the suns game I had 49 bench points with Gee having 18 of them and James having 14. Redd had a respectable game of 8 points.

I'm playing with the Cavs as well, and Waiters is really good. For a dude that has no sig skills, his mid-range jumper is automatic! He can hit 3's as well. He and Kyrie are good together. I was thinking of picking either Redd, T-Mac, or Arenas, Cavs need a back-up point guard bad! Boobie ain't gettin' it. I lost a nail biter to the bulls 88-87, really having fun with the Cavs!

Your team is mixed with potential and veterans so if this were to be real life it would be good but on the game you got some better pieces onto your team therefore you record might go to +10
