No idea if you get any if you play 8 min quarters or less. I would assume that even though you play 4 min quarters you'll get some VC at the end.

I don't know how that playing bonus works, but I got it (same -- 750) for just leaving the game on in the association mode once. I mean I was playing off an on for a couple hours, doing a sim association for fun. Maybe spent 20 minutes trading between those two hours while I was doing other stuff (watching tv, internet, etc). I didn't play any games or anything. Just trading.

I wonder if there's an exploit in that somewhere. Perhaps leave the game on in the trading screen? But it took me two hours to get it. It was actually after I saved the game so...

That's a smaller amount per minute than just doing a coaching mode game. And that's not even the most efficient way to get VC either.

yea i did this last night you beat me to it. So 1000 VC in about an hour if you play blacktop.

Do you guys earn VC's when you play against other people offline? I like to play quick games against my brother alot, but lately I haven't gotten any VC's for those games...

Have you gotten the bonus more than once? I tried a few more times with the other quick game "NBA Today" games and doesnt work. Then i tried the matchup I got the bonus the first time and it didn't work.

Yeah, I did NO vs Atlanta (nba today) and I didn't get the 250VC.

I'm doing the same game now (Nets vs Celtics) as I did the first time when I got the 250VC. Checking if it has something to do with the main game advertised.

Edit: I only got 600 VC. Maybe the 250VC is only once a day.

Best fun way:

Grab two friends that have adequate MyPlayers and hop on MyPlayer blacktop with them. Games are only about 10 minutes long, and since they give 150+, you'll rack up a lot of points quickly if you play consecutive games. I gain almost 3k quickly

I tried two play now games on HOF with 12 minute quarters, and didn't get the 600 VC for either of them. This happened the last time I tried as well. Am I missing something on how to get the 600, or just unlucky?

Not sure if it's been thought of, but you could create a MyCAREER and just simulate all the games, which would add your stats up so that you can achieve milestones without having to actually play any games (except key games since it's mandatory). You could simulate through 5 seasons, play probably key 10 games through that whole period, and end up with a lot of VC. I'm gonna try it soon.

Gonna try the association vc thing when I get home from work tonight. From what I have heard you have to play at least min quarters to get vc playing association. I am done playing mycareer until they patch something. So for the next week or so I am just going to be gaining and gaining vc. If I had some extra cash I probably would buy it, I have gotten ridiculously good at the game farming vc for the past couple weeks. I think the best way is blacktop mode. I bought shaq and dwight howard accidentally when I first got the game but have been loving using one of those two with peja stojackovic or mark price and beating the ultimate tandem of spud webb and mugsy bogues in about 5 mins 100 times a day lol. Just so sick of listening to the jay-z opening.. really sick of it. Did I tell you i was sick of public service announcement?

This is hilarious because i ALWAYS get VC when i'm playing locally with my brother. We would start an association or play quick games and get 750 VC a game. I don't get VC playing a solo association. I wish 2K would just give us a guide on what modes make VC and which don't because it's seeming preety random.

But if it's random, SAY IT'S RANDOM!!!

My brother bought 40,000 VC for his MP and he's an 84 overall, that's great but he still only gets lik 150 VC for a good game. To bump up his dunk by one costs 400 VC. So he has to play 3 games just to get his dunk up one spot!?!

C'mon 2K, we're tired of this sh!t. It's been true what they say, the way to get your MyPlayer good, is to not play MyPlayer.

The way i see it, they should double the VC that you get in a MyPlayer game. Give us 100-400 in a game and it would be a bit more tolerable.

Oh yeah, the app doesn't work most of the time, "Can't apply your rewards...". Great, so the best way for me to get a bit of extra VC doesn't even work. Get your servers online 2K, you had a whole year to figure this sh!t out.
