Maybe it has to do with more than numbers. Maybe your team chemistry sucks so they bench you. Maybe you answer questions like an *** and they bench you. And maybe the gm doesn't listen to big mouth rookies who already complain about their minutes or who want to trade starters just so they can take his spot. Maybe you have to earn the gm's respect first.....
Naw, that's highly unlikely... Maybe it is bugged out.Comment

HahaTrue Story. But to be honest it's still unrealistic that as #1 overall pick you'll come from the bench :O

Re: GM Sit Downs: Do they even do anything?
Seems like the GM has worked great for some and done little to nothing for others. I've been kinda trying to force things so maybe thats why he wont take. IDK the mode doesnt seem bugged to me though. I was expecting to get selected for the Rising Stars game and the 3 point shootout and got selected as Starting PG for the Rising Stars game only which is understandable since my 3 point game is really just developing and i have about a .390 rating unlike in 2k12 where you would be a unanimous MVP winner and be benched or not even selected for the All Star game. My guy is only 6 foot and 185lbs just like me IRL so I hope my size doesn't play a role in how much pull I have. I guess i'll just make use of my minutes and quit acting like Allen Iverson in Steve Nash's body. I hope we can try and keep this thread up and share your experiences with the GM.Comment

Vice versa, if you're losing, but go to support the coach, he may still get fired as the gm will tell you that the chemistry in the locker room is important, but winning is more important...or something like that.Comment

Re: GM Sit Downs: Do they even do anything?
I know GM sit downs work in your favor, but there is there anyway you can tell the GM to extend your team mates contracts.
In my third season now and won the title with Portland and few of the starters were on their last year and during the off season they all left, Aldridge, Hickson and Matthews.
Whenever i go into transaction report i always see other teams active in handing out new contracts but never for my team, is really annoying because Aldridge was a good team mate automatic from mid-range and from the post with good rebounding and good sig skills like finisher and that post player one.Comment

I hope they improve it next year to where A it actually works, B you have to be putting up numbers to be requesting someone else to leave town, C even if you demand a trade they won't grant it all the timeList of the best Shoe Creations found on the OS Shoe Vault Discussion Thread

Re: GM Sit Downs: Do they even do anything?
That's not what happened to me. I played for the Blazers for my first 2 seasons, best records in the league. I wasn't having any fun since we didn't get any free agents during the off season. So I think a few games into the 2nd season, I requested the coach to be fired. 2 games later, they hired Keith Smart to be the new head coach.Comment
