Is there amnesty or will I have to have this guy ride pine for a couple years at the END of the bench to avoid flushing $$$?

        Thanks!
You could just edit his contract to $0 and then waive him so it doesn't go against your cap. That could be your "amnesty" option....

Thomas had a couple large bumps in my online association. Went from 71 to 78 first offseason then to 81 in next. Price tag is much more reasonable if you wait one year.

Nene is only 30 years old.

But it's a terrible contract cause he's a 7 footer, averages 7 rebounds and half a blocked shot a game, and shoots less than 50%. He's not worth the money.

Carmelo Anthony left the Knicks and headed to the Clippers in the 2014 Off-Season in my association (see sig)...

I mention this here, because he took considerably less than the "max" contract that he could have gotten if he had stayed in New York... When the Clippers signed him, I got a message that said he would take less money to compete for an NBA Championship...

4 years, $40 million for Melo... Not Bad.

Agree here. Very big money deal for a guy with his skills. He's a quality player, just not worth near 20 mil, same with Bosh

Bosh for 14 million? I don't know, I wouldn't mind. If you got a normal team and he's your 1st/2nd option he'll go off and score 25 points per game. No doubt about that.

Put him with Rose in Chicago instead of Boozer. That's something. Then you got Noah who plays the defense, also Deng. Would be a great team lol.
