Anyone else getting inbound glich?

Anyone else getting this bug? cant find any answers yet.

I am having an issue with NBA2k13 on ps3. Should I exchange the disc? I have reintalled and keep getting the issue. I have a feeling it will work if I delete all my saves and start over but would hate to do that as the VC in this game costs time or actual money. Here is the issue:

-Player holds ball and does not inbound. Have to quit game and then the game freezes when you quit.

-Happened in MY Career and Franchise now

It happened in Mycareer first and Happens every game now. SUCKS!

happened to me once, in association switch to the other team and call a timeout, in my player i dont know what to tell you

Yeah, not sure what to do. I can tell when its going to happen because the commentary goes away and its quiet. Then they sit there w/ the ball and don't inbound. I could call a TO but it will just happen again a few minutes later. It happens every game now. Think I need a new disc?

Happened to me too.
The commentary went off after they called a timeout and the glitch happened afterwards.
Really sad,as now I have to do scrimmages to have fun.

It happened to me on the ps3 along with freezing issues

i haven't had any issues on the xbox

This bug was in 2k11 too I want to say....

Pausing and unpausing a few times worked then

Happens in every mode I play. I can't believe everyone else is having this problem. I swear it was a problem with my PS3 because I tried other games and the same problem happened too. When it freezes and forces me to turn off and turn on my PS3, I sometimes get the error 80010514.

So, is it my PS3 or 2k????

When I try to save and quit the game just freezes and I have to manually restart the PS3. I think I am gonna exchange the disc and see if it works. For some reason I doubt it. Glad I didnt buy any VC but I still had about 30K that I earned and used on my player. I am pissed I will prob lose it but would be even more pissed if I spent real money on it. 2K sports is getting greedy!

I followed some troubleshooting steps that 2ksports sent me and it seems to be OK now. Played a couple mycarrer games and had no problem. Here is what they told me to do:

Clear Game Data Utility:
1. Find the "Game Data Utility" folder under "Games" in the Cross Media Bar.
2. Find the game data you wish to delete in the "Game Data Utility" and highlight it.
3. Press the "Triangle" button to open up the options menu.
4. Select and press "Delete." Select "Yes" to confirm the deletion, and the game data will be removed from the hard drive.

Ensure your PS3s firmware is up to date (settings > system update - on the main menu).
If it is upto date then delete the game data (go to Game > game data utility and find the problem game (if it is just one) - press triangle and select delete) - NOTE this is the games' install data and not the save game so you wont lose your progress.
Next follow the steps below
1. Turn off Playstation®3.
2. Hold The power button down; The system will turn on and turn off once again.
3. Once the System has been shutdown, re-press you finger until you hear 2 consecutive beeps
4. When you hear the 2 beeps take finger off power button.
5. You will be prompted to plug in your controller via usb and then hit the PS button
6. The Recovery menu will pop up.
7. Select Restore File system
8. Repeat and Rebuild Database
Once finished make sure your PS3 is connected to the internet so it can download any game updates and then launch the game

****Please Note**** The Save Data Utility also contains your Save Files, DO NOT delete these, or else you will lose all progress.

Try and call a timeout, see if that helps.

Thanks Knicks,it has only been one game but it seems to work. Probably our commentary got corrupted.
