I think I have it at 50. But honestly, that's not even important to me right now.

I've lowered both Coach and Global Sliders for Close and Inside tendencies to 0 each, and I believe my Shot Success sliders for that area is somewhere in the low 30s.

    What ratings, exactly?

So are they shooting as soon as they catch? Or is this after a play has been run and they are freelancing?

Def. Awr, On Ball, Help D Strength, maybe quickness and strength

        Yeah. No hesitation, every player.

I guess I'll try raising some of those sliders

Every player is shooting as soon as they catch (as long as they are close to the basket)? Correct? Plays or no plays? off the fastbreak?

I am not seeing this so I am really intrigued on why this would be happening.

Yeah, fast break or half court, play or freelance, every time.

I'm surprised you're not seeing it. You've never seen the CPU run one of those plays where a player comes off a baseline screen and catches the ball on the low block to post up? As soon as the CPU does that against me, the player shoots immediately, even though he can't see the basket when he catches the ball.

What are your global/coach sliders at? At least the ones that matter for this.

My sliders are posted in the slider section. But I have not had to my recollection a player do that.

Re: Making the CPU shoot less from "Close" and "Inside" areas

In your slider thread, is the first number CPU or Human?

                For example, you have:

                Inside Shot Success: 47/36

Is 47 for the CPU or for the Human?

Also, could you do me a solid and upload the roster you're using?

                  Human, default 2k roster.

You haven't changed the roster at all?

And I assume it's the latest official 2K roster, right?
