Is 2k Planning on Fixing the Euro3pt/Midrange Glitch anytime soon?

Havent seen a thread on this yet. This ruins Online/ and even Offline games. Online quick matches all every1 does is the Euro glitch with Ginobli, Westbrook.. Basically all the players with the Acrobat Sig skillz.

Everyone made threads on here about mycareer glitches and 2k did a quick update for that and OnlineAssociation. I feel like 2k should do the same on this situation because it is killing the integrity of the Sim games etc.

I understand 2k didnt have enough time to fix it in the patch. But to just leave this known glitch available until maybe the next patch in feb or march is not good business. I just feel enough ppl are not talking about this. I have seen posts about this in the post patch thread but it needs more to be talked about until 2k talks about this.

Is this only an issue on the xbox version? I've played nearly 100 quick ranked games on the ps3 version and I have yet to see this glitch.

Smh. You got to cheat to win games? I couldn't even feel good beating the cpu like that.

No, but I'm a milestone player and when my max 3pt is low 70's it's near impossible to get the 3pt milestones.
I now have all but 1, lead the league in 3pts made.
I'm near the end of the season and once the second is started I won't be shooting 3s at all.

This is idiotic - and actually selfish imo. The OP's been told they're aware of the issue, yet chooses to draw more attention to it by complaining incessantly. Personally I wouldn't have known about it if I hadn't read it here. I know we live in an age where everyone that buys a game thinks everything's fixable immediately, but some of you need to deal with the reality that perhaps there isn't a way to fix the problem easily w/o causing a problem with something else. So you choose to make everyone miserable in hopes of forcing some reaction from 2K? They've said they're aware of the issue; I don't understand the logic behind trying to make more people seek out the problem so they can exploit it also.

Sorry but it seems as if the offline players seem to be trying to sweep this issue under the rug in order to stick it to online players. I don't care if this thread must be bumped 100 times, it WILL be fixed whether you like it or not. I know that upsets you that you'll have nothing to go to when I'm slapping you around with my Portland Trailblazers.

I'm sick of the fact that such a game breaking issue doesn't have a featured stickied thread. This just keeps getting ignored by the community for whatever reason.

Does 2K still have a patch they can release? I thought they burned their two XBox patches already without paying to release another.

If this won't be fixed, consider it the cheese glitch of the year. There's always one each year.

No one is sweeping anything under a rug. This thread IS unnecessary, the devs are aware of the glitch and it's been said they are trying to fix it. They were made aware of it only a few weeks ago, hell, most of you didn't even know that it was a problem until then either.

You're just going to have to wait until the next patch to get this fixed, deal with it.

Who's trying to sweep it under the rug? They've acknowledged they're aware of the issue, almost immediately when it was posted here. But because the issue isn't solved on your timetable, you feel it's valid to exploit the issue yourself by excacerbating it so more people aware so it can be made worse?

Completely, utterly, selfish: "I don't care if this thread must be bumped 100 times, it WILL be fixed whether you like it or not.". The fact is you don't have a lot of people complaining about it yet because it isn't that widespread a problem - yet. But because the problem isn't pervasive enough you feel it's better to MAKE it more mainstream to force their hand. Ugh. The attitude some of you have that all your problems must be solved is completely sickening.

2K has done nothing to show that they're trying to ignore this or any other issue. I don't purport to understand what it takes to resolve an issue such as this. But it's common sense that an action causes a reaction - it may not be the simple fix YOU think it is. So you hope ruining the experience for others will get your problem solved. No, I'm not a big online player. I played once online this weekend and my opponent didn't use the exploit. I'm not saying the issue is/isn't "game-breaking" as you say it is - but it doesn't seem to be anything close right now. You want to make it a game-breaking issue to get your way.

There's a reason the forum tries to keep bugs and glitches in a separate thread - there are many people that would go blissfully unaware of a problem. Most people are respectful and choose not to ruin the experience for others by understanding that.

                              Most people.

I don't make it a habit to call for anyone to be banned, but imo this is that level an offense. It's ridiculous to be so brazen as to say you "don't care" and would willingly ruin the experience for others to get your way. I know I'm making the issue worse simply by replying, but this is one of the most horrible threads I've seen on OS in any forum in a long time - and I've been here a while. It has nothing to do with online versus offline, it's about being sensible.

It shows just how childish and selfish some people can be.
