It's officially become rampant. I've just finished a streak of 5 online quick matches (360) where it was abused so heavily that nearly every shot taken by my opponents were euro step three's. Every open shot taken was a eurostep fade away, Centers, Power Forwards, any player, multiple teams.

I played someone that used it every possession with Russell Westbrook.Double teams didn't stop it.

Solution stop playing the Thunder, yeah i know it will take a while. Most of the time it takes me about 5 minutes just to get a quick match because everyone picks the Knicks, Thunder or Heat.

Is it bad I abuse it in myteam at the moment? I am hungry for BIRD and I keep getting matched up to teams 1-12 of Bron/Melo/Durant/Howard/Bird/Jordan/Magic/Deron/CP3/Griffin.

With out the 3 I get shat on. So I put ACROBAT on Dell Curry and have average 60 pts with him

I beat a guy who had 12 gold level purchase players with 3 sig skills on each...he was easily paying 3000VC per game and I BEAT him with it by 20 and he sent me a real mean message that I laughed at.

You're literally exploiting the game so yeah it's bad and that kinda makes you a prick but I can't blame you as 2k has admitted to knowing about this for quite sometime. I understand modifications such as this are deeply complicated but they've made very little contact with the community about the problem.

To the gentleman claiming "don't play the thunder" the exploit can be used by any member of any team inside 20' if their even marginally open and outside by most decent players for an incredibly high percentage shot. It's not a simple fix of not playing a certain team. Obviously I can only speak for my console (360) and frequent game type (quick match).

The problem is I dont have any guys like Lebron who can YAM on whoever is in his way. I have sunk hard earned money in to acquiring a legends only team from packs instead of buying my guys and I have been doing amazing against stacked teams playing actual plays instead of jacking up 3s...however the plays that I run often times had pin downs and off ball screens to free up my 3pt shooters so I can hit them when theyre open (instead of running around with Korver on the 3pt line until he has space for a jack up shot.)

Ever since the update those same plays I run (50% post 35%mid range 15% 3pt) have basically been neutered as my 3pt shot is a guaranteed miss...now teams are stacking the paint and ignoring my shooters so Mourning or Parish get auto doubled teamed by Howard and Lebron or Durant and they become useless.

For me to win before I would play a possession style game, I would run plays to free up shooters and to clear sides for my post player. I would slash with Richmond too...

But that is all gone. ALL of it. My entire play style has been neutralized due to overpowered zone and stacking the box...theres no way around it but to abuse the Euro Step so I can atleast stay competitive. When I get matched to more balanced teams I play the old way and still do alright but against power teams I have no choice. Prove to me you can win with my team against 12 of the usual suspects with 3 sig skills on each and I will believe I can win without it.

I usually do i for a buzzer beater in the fourth quater when im already winning, and acrobat does not matter. Anybody with a respectable three point shot can do it.

I think i might have been the firt person to do this tho. On the release day of the game i was playing a quick match game. I was ****ing around in a quick match online trying to do a spin jumper with KG from the three ne. And i did a eurostep three with kevin garnett. Kid paused an replayed it until the timer ran out. I gave him more time and he still replayed until the timer ran out. **** was funny. That was my first game online. Then like couple months later some kid drops 13 threes with westbrook on me with the eurostep three

And its not as bad as some people day is. I may have ran into it 6-7 times in over 350+ games online. Its not widespread yet. Hope it never gets their either

I only do in the fourth quater when im winning already with couple seconds left. Try to throw up a sexy buzzer beater to add to the score at the end. And the majority of the time it goes in.

I don't know know why some of you never give 2K any benefit of the doubt, but why assume they're doing nothing about the issue? They've been making noticeable tweaks to the gameplay since the game released, likely because of the excessive moaning that occurs from onliners. Too many threes. Too few threes. Too many steals. Not enough steals. They have consistently and noticeably tweaked the gameplay to improve the experience. There's no reason to think you're being ignored. Yet in this I need immediate satisfaction society we live in, some of you can't see the forest through the trees.

LD2K said he made the devs aware of the issue shortly after it appeared. Of course that wasn't enough for some; they needed to try to make the glitch more widespread to "force 2K to act". But as LD2K also pointed out, any action is going to cause a reaction - so any fix, if there is one, might cause an issue with something else. On a board that supposedly full of "Sim" gamers, you have people purposely promoting the use of a glitch, selfishly thinking about their immediate satisfaction without seeing the bigger picture.

I've played about 20 games online and just came across my first euro step glitcher. Yes, it's frustrating playing them. But the answer shouldn't be to ruin the experience for everyone; to try to crash and burn online play. In the end people will blame 2K when they should be looking at themselves. People shouldn't assume every issue can be easily solved.

Please read my last two posts, I'de prefer not to repeat myself but I digress. I understand the devs are aware of the problem and are working on it but they have been completely silent for weeks since they acknowledged the problem. I'm also aware that it is an incredibly complicated issue and ingrained into the code of the game as opposed to a simple slider issue. The simple fact is that, as I've stated before, I've encountered an exponential increase in the amount of opponents on the 360 who are rampantly abusing this glitch in quick match.

I'm very thankful for the attention 2k has given this game and community and I don't want to seem ungrateful but unfortunately they have a truly game breaking issue on their hands, that is all. I'm not calling them incompetent in fact they've been some of the most responsive devlopers I've encountered right below Rocket and the guys with DayZ. It just seems like they've been unusually quiet about such a large issue.

listen 2k11 and 2k12 had some issues but didnt ruin the gameplay expierience completely.this **** on 2k13 is horrible i cant even play a gm online because of the the stamina going to fast in a 20 min gm or the everytime u reach u get a foul or from all 3s going in to none going in or the shot timing grader being off(the releases are very late).or the 1-3-1 zone glitching.Why is 2k gameplay getting worst and the other modes getting better?is this becoming like nba live?dont forget if u call a pick and roll out of iso or space the floor one of your players comes right in the area and blocks your path and takes your space smh.
