I would like to see a sig skill for players who keep blocked shots in play. So they either block them to themselves or to teammates. This would be for players like Duncan or the originator in Bill Russell.

They don't need sig skills for next-gen. They should just have more stats. Stats for running blocks, tip-ins, off-balance 3s etc.

Players like Tony Allen, Dennis Rodman and Bruce Bowen who can guard (ON BALL) the PG SG and SF positions in the clutch very sticky with a decent contest with the likelihood of a foul being very small.

popcorn: increases chance that opposing ai will fall for pumpfake (ginobili, tmac (old), dwade)

downtown: ability to make 3s from beyond the line
(kobe, lebron, VC)

oscar: sell fouls
(dwade, lebron, harden, kevin martin)

old is gold: vet that when on roster help increase chemistry
(juwan howard) prob to use in FA if your chemistry is affecting your play you can sign these FA

ironman: players can play through injury in certain bursts without affecting their ratings

Roamer: Has a tendency to play good on-ball defense, but drift away from his man when off-ball.

Kobe and Melo are obvious examples.

That kind of proves the point then, because if he was an elite defender wouldn't the coach put him in charge of guarding the other team's biggest threat? )

A lot of sig skills are better suited off as ratings. The game doesn't need to provide a sig skill for special plays. Example... For a highlight reel or posterizing dunk, the dunks should already increase momentum for any player in the league. There is no need to create 20 filler sig skills in the game

I like the names, but all your sig skills are based off of the original which makes it overkill. Popcorn = post proficiency with guards, Downtown is too crazy if someone has deadeye and pretty much is 2k13 all over again with the garbage 3pt %. Oscar (sweet, but that pretty much says that the player is a big flopper) and its a branch off of chargecard. Plus I think the tendencies has the drawing fouls locked down already. Old is gold=ehhhhh and Ironman sounds good for association/myplayer but doesn't really make sense for anything else since 2k removes players that are injured (plus they don't have online in game injuries anymore).

There are maybe be some which are similar to the current sig skills.

1. Circus shot - the player has a higher rating of hitting circusshots
I can't recall any players right now. Maybe the one Tyreke Evans hit over his head.

2. Hangtime - when the player is going for a layup, he can do double-clutch layups and get past defenders while hanging in the air.
you know he got "hangtime" baby. For example the amazing hangtime of Drose

3. Trash Talker - you can piss off one of the opponents and make them go for a technical or sth like that. Sometimes you might get a technical too. (referring as there will be such thing as a technical foul in the upcoming game)
For example - Reggie Miller

Scorer: most players get fatigued when taking 20+ shots, but not these players. additionally these players can pump fake and catch players in the air to draw fouls.
