We recently caught up with Ju Ward after his second game at the showcase... here's what he had to say...


#EliteP2G: How do you feel about your first two performances at the showcase?
Ju: Disappointed really., I wish my shot tendency were higher, It was at least at (Shot Tendency:70) during my senior year... I need to get that raised ASAP and I'm currently dealing with a knee injury
#EliteP2G: Do you still feel like SMC is the right school for you?
Ju: No doubts, no regrets #SMGaels
#EliteP2G: Andrew Warren is looking like the better prospect early on at the event, what is he doing that you aren't?
Ju: Nothing really... he's a high flyer so these events are taylor made for him, I'm a set up man that scores occasionally and in these types of games we get lost from time to time

Ward recently had words with stud swingman Deaunte Jones Via media feed and it seems as if Jones is purposely provoking the PG to an extent...


Where will all of this lead with only 3 games remaining?

Wayne Worm seemed to have a solid game. Here's an interview with the young star

Inteviewer: Wayne, congrats on 20 points in your last game. What is your relationship like with the other players on the team?

WW: Pretty good. Except that Ward guy. He's all fancy 'bout being a "pure" PG, I can't wait to get my hands on him when we play St. Mary's. Now I'm glad he didn't commit to Georgetown.

I: Wow! You don't hold back! Sounds like a budding rivalry.

WW: Definitely. I'll eat him for lunch.

I: Nice! What are your goals for the upcoming season?

WW: All three of my goals start with a W, which is my favorite letter. They are winning, winning, and winning. That's all I care about. That and food.

I: I like those goals. Do you feel any pressure to perform as soon as you get to Georgetown?

WW: Nah man, I don't feel none of that. I just go out there and play ball. That's when I'm at my best.

I: Interesting.

Reports say that Wayne Worm has been working on his vertical leaping. There are unconfirmed rumors that his vertical is now up to around 38 inches, or will be by the beginning of the new season. Mikeman, can you confirm or deny this?

CONFIRMED, MAYBE NOT 38 IN. But probably about 35-36 IN.

Nice! I needed to improve b/c I saw some of the new signups were making theor guys a bit overpowered.
