can someone please explain this process more in depth to me, I'm finding it impossible to understand, specifically the clicking on myteam with the scond controller. Because the dummy account doesn't have xboxlive and so I can't load up myteam, also the second account can't have vc so im screwed

It tells me there is an error during the transaction while buying a player.. why is this guys?

They fixed it. Now, if you have 8,000 VC you can buy a player that costs 7,999, but not 8,001. They suck :C

As soon as I push the dummy account I get one question, the second question tells me I need xbox live to access this feature.

1- that's because you'd need xbox live, not gold, but xbox live nonetheless
2- it's been fixed. ALREADY. after months of not fixing anything... they fix this after hours.

Of course 2k works fast once there's a glitch that helps us... even though half of the damn game mode (silver sig skills, gold coaches, almost all of the gold legends) has been impossible to get and missing from this mode for months !

its the principle of them fixing something that disrupts their cash flow very quickly but neglecting the big problems in the game that has been there for MONTHS that people were begging 2k to fix.

it just shows they are more worried about money than fixing the game and giving the players a better gaming experience.

I understand companies care about money and they should but when you put in effort to fix something that disrupts you from making a few dollars an hour after it was discovered but dont put in effort to fix problems that have been in the game for months it makes you look like a money hungry fiend and that you care little about customer satisfaction which by nature would upset the consumer.

As a consumer I expect that customer satisfaction should be as high as a priority as making money

None...except companies with no competitors. They know we have to buy their game because it's the only NBA game.

It would be one thing if they never included those players/coaches/etc into the game, but because of their screw up, they were removed from the game and hasn't been fixed for months now.
