    2K not sending auto-generated emails

    I'm having a bit of a technical issue with my 2K account. I created my account about 2 weeks ago yet I have never received the link that was said to be generated in an email to verify my account. I went to the website to verify my account myself by signing in but it isn't recognizing my password when I try to sign in. Funny thing is, I've been able to sign into the 2k account with my phone app so I know the password is not the issue. I then tried resetting the password but I have not received an email for the password reset either. I then attempted to link the facebook app MyLife and it said there would be an email sent for that as well but still nothing.

    I finally resorted to submitting a request on the technical issues page but that was now 3 days ago and I have yet to hear anything and due to my issues of not being able to log into the 2k site because it isn't recognizing my password, I therefore cannot track where my ticket stands. Any help from a lingering 2k rep or a member of OS who is in the know on this sort of thing would be greatly appreciated.

    Final Note: I DID receive a confirmation email for my trouble ticket with a confirmation number
