I've enjoyed the past 3 yrs a lot but 2k11 was huge because of the classic teams. To finally be able to use Magic & the Lakers after playing stick figure games for yrs, I was thrilled!!A

Really really hard question!

I would like to say that finally the best was 2k12 and after 2k13. But sometimes it is the contrary because of the fact that i could not change playbooks on ps3 for classic bulls.

I replayed to 2k11 recently and i enjoyed the graphism of the body, the jersey, the paint and i told me that 2k11 was the best game. Phil jackson, feeling that all the triangle offense were in.
But the issue of 2k11 and all those game is the cpu is natural the first 40 minutes and after it changed, glitch began to appear when you call a play etc etc your teammate began to be weird while the first second they were perfect.

Nba 2k9 was a good game but it was horrible to win a game in superstar and HoF. Autosave was not here and it was a really good point contrary to nba 2k10.
Nba 2k10 was too easy somewhere, and strange compare to 2k9.

2k10 was finally the worst experience!!

most fun will be = NBA 2k7

least fun = NBA 2k12/NBA 2k13
am still looking at u 2k10 with ur automatic posting up...but frustration is just higher in the last two that I always stop playing before all-star break

I had the most fun I've ever had in our online league in 13! 11 was a fun year as well with online leagues! I'd have to lean towards 13 though because of the depth of the playbooks.

But I loved that 1st version on dreamcast! Me and my brother had some great playoffs series! I used to lock things up with "the glove"! I loved how live the ball was in that game for steals if you put it in front of your defender. I could double the post and steal the ball if the post put the ball on the deck. It forced you to either pass out or make quick post moves! Not like today's game where I can swipe at ball with a post player 20x before getting a steal. There needs to be a urgency when being doubled in the post IMO like in the early days of 2k. Last year at team up Zach timmerman (works on post game) said he thought you should have time to make moves in post. I disagree. If being doubled there needs to be risk/reward for both offense and defense on decisions you make.

If you double team post with defense, your vulnerable to a kick out and ball reversal for a weak side corner 3.

If you try and put the ball on deck and force a post up while being double teamed steals should happen more often. Just my opinion but I loved that about dreamcast 1st 2k game!

Last year at team up Zach timmerman (works on post game) said he thought you should have time to make moves in post.

I'd like that in real life too, lol.

2k11 was easily the best basketball game I have ever played.

2K12 and 2K13...SMH...since I'm currently playing 2k13 I'll say that it was the worst because it's more familiar but I remember not playing 2K12 for weeks on end and going back to 2k11 because it was so bad. Honestly both 2K13 and 2K12 are bad in their own special ways and it's a toss up between the two.

Most Fun: NBA 2K11

NBA 2K11 was my first ever basketball video game since NBA Shoot Out 98 for PS1. I was a total newbie to basketball, just got into basketball that season and began following the New Jersey Nets. My favorite player (go ahead, laugh) was Travis Outlaw because I thought his last name was cool. I did not know much about the functions of different positions. I started on Rookie and before you knew it, I was playing on Superstar/Simulation out the box sliders, no edits. I played every single game in my Association, even preseason. I loved NBA 2K11.

Least Fun: NBA 2K13

I specifically highlighted the NBA 2K13 in orange and blue color font, because I hate the New York Knicks. Anyway, NBA 2K13 I had the least fun with because it was way too easy to score. NBA 2K12, although was not that good, is a better video game than NBA 2K13. NBA 2K12 was very hard to play. I actually went back to playing NBA 2K12 recently and might continue to play the game until the release of NBA 2K14. 2K13 was a big step back. I am playing NBA 2K12 pre-patch and I am having a blast. Yeah, Big Baby Davis went 3/4 on me from 3Point land but you know what, he is a pro basketball player, if he is going to be wide open he is knocking down that shot. I love how challenging 2K12 is, and I wish 2K13 was just as difficult.
