My goal isnt to be a "sim" gamer and advocate for them.

There is a lack in the youtube 2k community of money players, competitive 2king.

Not disregarding your gamestyle nor am I restricting you where to post ... but ... you may reconsider if this site is in line with your intended goal.


A few thoughts of the video:
- A proof that online difficulty needs to be tuned up, too many shots that went in that wouldnt on superstar or HOF
- Definitively missing man to man defense (as in NBA should be played mostly, albeit not solely), be it sim or not.
- Less transition offense and more halfcourt post plays, specially with the Bulls.
- The opponent reminds me alot in that I tend to panic and do some fool things as the game is becoming one sided. He doesnt seem to adapt his D at all tho, as he kept incesantly doubling the ball handler and letting the wings open. Dont think he (specially) can be taken as an ideal representative of the online gamers to make such a bold proclamation as the Bulls are glitched and make them all quit.

I just feel as there are way mroe then enough sim gamers on youtube, I can play both ways, this way just makes it more exciting for me.

Hopefully this playing style (specially the unrealistic defense) only leads you to failure in 2k14, like it would happen in real life...

No disrespect, but that gameplay a**...

1. 1. The problem is the user
2. 2. Anything less than HOF Custom Slider are horrible representaions of actual basketball considering that Sim Slider are the same as Allstar Sliders in 2k11

Give the dude a break he joined a week ago.

Wait a minute... Yeah, this is place where sim/realistic play is wanted. I'm not a sim guy a lot, but I hate the unrealistic play by my players/opponents when using NBA teams in Offline/Online. When I want to play Arcady/unrealistic, I'll create my own roster/slider set for that.

Well, we can say NBA 2K13 is better than NBA Jam in regards to arcade but Sim ... come on 2K, step it up with 2K14. Look at 2K11 you had a GREAT game. If people want to play Causal have them use the Casual slider sets.

Keep doing you. Hopefully playing with the good teams and running the same thing other guys are running will bore you and you'll look into playing the game realistically - turning the game into a strategy session more than a stick skill/abuse the AI session.

Either way, keep doing you. If/When you make that jump to sim come holla at ya boy!
