I don't know if this topic has been brought up in the forum, but has anyone else had the problems of having to put up ridiculous numbers just to win or keep your team competitive? I'm playing as a 6'3 scoring pg with a 86 overall on the trailblazers and it seems like every I've game I've played in the last like 20 I've had to score at least 50 points, get 10+ assists, 3+blocks, and 5+steals just to keep us in the game. Anybody else experiencing this? Oh, and I'm playing on hall of fame.

What's your team chemistry at ? It's a factor in determining how well your team mates play and if they make shots. When I first began at about 63%, they would hardly hit any shots at all but now at 96% it's an occasional miss. It helps to do the things that help the team such as wear the clown nose or carry bags etc. I don't find myself NEEDING to score to win as I average about 28, 10, 4.

I'm pretty sure it's almost at 90%. I don't have to score initially, but eventually the coach decides to run the offense through me, and the rest of my teammates unless I pass the ball to them for a "gimme" shot, they won't move, or they will pass it right back to me.

as a casual player who picked this game up after really enjoying 2k13 i cant say how robbed i feel .. i get how the diehards want realism but i play the game for the alley oops and 3 dropping madness .. all this extra s*** they added making shooting more complicated has killed this game for me... the my career mode difficulty or more precisely the inability of the opposing team to miss anything more the 3-4 % of their shots has caused me to stop playing /tradein

I'm sorry to say if that's what you're looking for you should probably be playing nba ballers or something. 2k is meant to be a sim.

Have you set up voice commands for kinect ? If you say 'shoot' they will pull up if they're open or try to create a shot for themselves, it really helps!

My Spurs are now 22-7 with a 2 game win streak going. We just beat the Raptors in triple-overtime and the Gatorade skill really showed its worth as in each overtime, my guy's fatigue was better than his matchup's. ...

My Spurs are on a 6 game win streak and are now 31-8. We just handed the Pelicans a 2 point defeat and both Ginobili and Duncan had monster games. On the Pelican's first possession, Duncan blocks Davis and Ginobili picks up the loose ball and completes a fast break dunk. The 1st half was very low scoring (36-35) but the second half each team scored 30 points in a quarter to bring the final score to 101-99.

I've structured my PG a little differently this time. I have a very defensive outlook (league steals leader at 2.9) with my signature skills defensive steal orientated. Rebounds are still a problem but our steals and blocks make up for the deficits in rebounds.

So far everyone on my team seams to be happy but I'm dreading when the GM will be looking for a trade. I would love to break the Bulls 72 win season but I seriously doubt we will.

Just got to All-Star weekend on my 5'7" 3pt PG for the Bucks. Just played in the Rising Stars game. My teammates played terribly so we lost. They could not make lay-ups to save their lives and our big men (Faverini and Robinson) could not match up with theirs (Drummond).

However, since my teammates couldn't make a shot to save their lives, I went off. I scored 52 points with 6 assists. Felt bad since at the end I was just setting up shots for myself but we were never really close to coming back. I shot 19 of 33 from the field, including 14 of 26 from deep.

Yes I was a ball-hog but my team was terrible and plus I really wanted to break Kevin Durant's record of 46 points in that game. I had 10 in the first half and then just exploded in the 2nd half, specially the 4th quarter. Going to have fun in the 3pt contest too. Hopefully I can make it rain once again.

By the way, in the rising stars game my team had Michael-Kidd-Gilchrist and so did the opposing team. So weird haha

I meant game day outfit. I try to put a white sleeve and it never changes depending on home/away.

Quite frankly it's annoying as hell considering it works for every other team. I wish 2k would get their **** together.

I just found out that I was playing Offline MyCareer and I'm already at the all-star weekend (I never knew until I saw the difference between Online VC icon and Offline VC icon). Is there a way to transfer my offline save to online?

Ok, so started a MyCareer yesterday, PS3...
6'4" Athletic PG, played well in the showcase and got interviews from Portland, Minnesota, OKC. Didn't want to play SG so I bombed all 3, ended up in Denver. Teammates were AWFUL, especially Robinson and Hickson (strangely, JaVale is nowhere to be found?), so it wasn't looking good. Demanded a trade to Lakers, Heat, or Magic and then the next game Lawson gets hurt lol. He's only out for a week but in that time I earned a starting spot and the most minutes (albeit as a SG for now). Went back to the GM to rescind the offer but he said it was too late--not that upset, really wanna stay a PG anyways. Now it's just a waiting game, gotten player of the game in both of my starts. Kinda a funny situation, right when I demanded a trade everything started going better (scripting?). Anyways, I'll keep posted...anyone got any tips/input? Only sig skill I have is Finisher, mainly been boosting my mid range and ball handling. Peace!

Double post lol..
So after a few more dominating games, I was traded to the Lakers straight up for Steve Blake. I'm really excited about this, already the starting PG over Nash with 41mins per game. Anybody have any experience with the Lakers this yr? Hopefully I can continue Kobe's legacy and win some rings!

This game flat out cheats, and its so annoying. I just made the playoffs this year for the first time, and the cheese is at ridiculous levels in the playoffs. Shots that I could make with my eyes closed in the regular season were being missed with regularity. I shot over 54% from the field and 42% from 3 in the regular season; so far in the playoffs 42% and 27%... My turnovers have more than doubled from about 3 per game in the regular season to nearly 7 in the playoffs. SEVEN!

Playing the Clippers in the first round would guarantee a cheese-fest and boy was it ever just that. We were the 1 seed (over-achieved) and they were the 8th seed. They ran us off our floor in game 1 LOL. We got revenge in game 2 in dominant fashion. Games 3-5 were much tighter with the games going back and forth, with us winning a hard fought series in 5 games. Blake Griffin seemed to have evolved into 2003 Tim Duncan but we managed to keep CP3 in check and survived the series.

Next up is OKC (another cheese-fest). We lost game one at home again with Jeremy Lamb bombing 3s like Reggie Miller. Hopefully its not scripted for us to lose this series and we can get back into this thing.

Seems like level 3 Defensive Anchor is useless. My teammates are just as slow and clueless on defense as they've always been. Waste of 3500 SP.

Also, Im putting up Oscar Robertson type of numbers (34ppg, 12apg, 7rpg) and I'm not on the league leaders list because I "DNQ". Weird.
