Try using pick n rolls to the the big men. I had that problem with the Hawks and Nets. The Rockets let it rip. Even on my SF I started as the number 3 pick with the Wizards played there for 3 seasons they let it rip and then signed with the Clippers and they rip it also.

I would suggest using pick n rolls. Also learn the attributes of your team. Stats and Signature Skills if your passing to players with low stats you don't want them shooting. 76ers don't have many 3 point shooter if I recall. A few yea. But no one that is triggering in my head.

Most 3 point shooting teams I have played against is Minnesota or Portland try one of those. Minnesota especially all that does is shoot the 3 when I play them.

I have danny Granger on my Celtics team because coach doesn't even have Gerald Wallace in the rotation. I traded for Granger when Jeff Green was starting and even when I run a pick and roll and swing to Granger wide open instead of the roll man he won't shoot half the time. If he does he usually misses. It's only when rondo runs a pick and I'm in the corner and Granger is on the other side that rondo hits him and he shoots.

It's really annoying cuz I see Chris smoove on the suns and Gerald green just let's it fly in next gen.

Was going to search for this but I'm new to these forums - I'm getting the issue where I go to start MyCareer and it kicks me to the dashboard. I'm currently reinstalling the game as we speak and hoping this will fix it. If it doesn't what other options do I have? I really don't want to start over I'm about 70 games in.

Not bad for someone who usually plays with his myCareer player for BT/Crew.

Though I'm now in the second half of the season. I should probably just play MC games when Portland plays IRL unless I have something to do.

Rookie year for the Timberwolves... All Around PG. 12 minute quarters. Starting PG.

The game goes into overtime, which, I'm not happy about, but, in OT I set a team record for FT made in a single game and points made in a single game (19 and 48) to put us up by 3 with 1:27 left in Overtime. THEY TOOK ME OUT OF THE GAME! so not only did they screw me out of 50 points in a game, they screwed me out of extending my records.

And we lost by 1.

Which defensive set do you find most effective in your mycareer? I usually use Halfcourt pressure or fullcourt pressure. Any suggestions? btw I'm on the blazers it's Lillard, Me, Batum, RRobinson, & Aldridge

So I won the NBA Finals for the second year in a row. I'm watching the presentation and everything and they're talking about who won the Finals MVP. It shows them handing me the award. Cut to after the post-game and I see that Mario Chalmers got the Finals MVP (despite me doing better than him in pretty much every statistical category).
Whats up with that glitch? Has anyone else had that happen to them?

Happened to me too after my 2nd season, I won the award(because I'm a killer) after the final game, but they gave the actual credit(in the player card) to Trey Burke who barely did anything. Seems they give the actual credit to the starting PG with this glitch.

NBA 2K14 Official MyCAREER Thread

Speaking of errors, have you had it where the game won't save your myplayer outfit? Everytime I want to play online I have to go through and put on all the sleeves and shorts and stuff.

Also it says my file is corrupted but then it prompts me to overwrite it, I choose no and it works fine except the mycloset error.

Any suggestions?
