Anyone else having trouble equipping shoes to ur player? I got a sponsorship from Jordan and when I go to change the shoe, I press equip shoe, but then when I play a game he's wearing the default shoes he had on before. Any help would be great

I noticed last night, that the items I purchased. Like the compression shorts/shirt, arm sleeves, ankle support, etc. That are supposed to give you a boost. Are, in fact, NOT giving me a boost in any of the stats they claim.

My center had a 62 mid range. I bought the mid range sleeve, +3. Equip it. NO change in my mid range. Still 62. Same with all the others. They are not actually changing anything.

I more so need help shooting and maybe tips on which dribble package is useful for a 6'9 sf. I'm averaging 32 ppg 6 assist 7 rbs and 1 block and 3.7 spg

I more so need help shooting and maybe tips on which dribble package is useful for a 6'9 sf. I'm averaging 32 ppg 6 assist 7 rbs and 1 block and 3.7 spg

I want to know how you get the 3.7 steals per game. I average 3 blocks a game but only 1.5 steals (very up and down). I try to play the passing lanes mostly. Your secret?

I am usually aggressive on bigger players and doubles on pg so I'm usually running all around the court on D so I don't get a leaving assignment. I watch passing lanes but I play closer of the ball so I can hit it faster. I will say steals are different on here because you can hit the ball and turn right into a kick ball as soon as you tap it or it goes flying way to the back court.

I wish I could get 3 blocks per game.

I think you only see the increase in-game. For example, my 3 pt specialist SF is capped at 92 for the three. When I put on the +2 3pt. arm sleeves the three point rating stays at 92. However, if I look at my stats during a game, I have a 96 three point rating.

I am a 6'4" PG on the Bucks and often have to go into Allen Iverson mode to get us wins. I had a game where my stat line was something like 38 points, 11 rebounds, 9 assists, 7 steals, 3 blocks.......and we still lost.

I finally got to the AS Break with my 6'8" SF Andrew Wiggins on the Kings. I didn't make the AS team, but I was selected to play the Rising Stars game and well as the 3pt contest. I skipped the RS game since it was getting late and just played the 3pt contest. I got dead last. I'm wondering why I was even in the contest to begin with as my guy is rated a 72 in 3pt shooting. Oh well. We're roughly 20-30 now and getting absolutely rolled by nearly every team we face. Usually we can keep it close early, but once I get taken out of the game it all falls apart. A side note: The GM wouldn't allow me to suggest any trades when I used the "I hate losing" prompt, so I guess we'll just keep trucking along with our awful team that can't score. At least I'm doing well. Not sure of my actual numbers since I've been mostly just playing key games to get the season over with faster, but I usually score 18-20ppg with 8 boards and a few blocks/steals sprinkled in whenever I actually control my guy. BMac is getting more minutes after I told the GM I liked playing with him. I think he's up to around 24. I'm at 38.

By the way, the uniforms for the Rising Stars game are absolutely dreadful. One of the reasons I chose to exit and then sim it after I fired it up to begin with.

Got a question.

I finally was able to get drafted by the Knicks on my new career, but then I saw it listed my age as 29 years old.

I guess I made a mistake when I was creating the character and chose 1984 instead of 1994.

My question is, does age matter in MyCareer? Will I suddenly lose stats/rating when my guy is in his third/fourth season or anything like that? Will he at one point be forced to retire, or can he play until his forties?

Normally I'd just remake my guy with the proper age, but I had to do the rookie showcase 4/5 times just to be able to get drafted by the Knicks.

Problem with FF/C = no help on 3 pt shots. Freaking other team makes 50% of
Their bombs when I am down low compared to when I am a guard/sf and can close on them. Yet another way 2k has ruined it for the big guys. Grrrr

Back to our losing ways. My other teammates on the Kings aren't doing & not to mention the cheese the CPU causes. Man, I wish the A.I. was better but I guess it's REALLY because of the shot tendency that they'll really make shots. Also, it seems like no matter how easy I make them open, they take way too long to score or don't at all. It's just me & Cousins really. Sometimes Thornton, Jimmer, BMac because of their 3s but that's it. Those guys HAVE to be beyond the arc to shoot which sucks. EVERYONE really scores on breaks which I wish it didn't always happen that way. Speaking of Cousins, he has the sig skills to get rebounds on both ends BUT HE JUST STANDS THERE!! Either just stuck at boxing out or nothing at all. It's completely ridiculous. No wonder I'm starting to get double-doubles or trip-dubs. It's fun & all but it's very unrealistic when you keep getting trip-dubs every night or what not. Anyway, we got our first trade: IT for Calderon. I asked for it yes but I hope that's not our LAST trade of the season because I really want the guys that I want. Calderon may be old but he got the best 3s in the game.

I'm playing 41 min but averaging 28.3. Stats: ppg 33.9, rpg 6.3 (off 0.3), apg 5.1, spg 1.5, bpg 2.5 & fg% .511

I'm actually not having fun to much in mycareer because of the teammate AI. It's annoying because I set up my teammates in all sorts of good shooting situations but for some reason they never shoot the ball as soon as I pass it, so passes never count as assists for me even though I'm a PG. And my teammates don't pass me the ball when I get separation, and instead they take forced shots. One game, we lost because Klay Thompson took a forced shot while being double teamed instead of passing to me because I was open for the buzzer beater. And so I end up complaining about my team in the press conferences and now they don't give me the ball.
