It would be cool if you could turn in Signature Skills for SP points. I find Acrobat and Active Hands useless now that I have Finisher and Lockdown Defender.

I also noticed you can only call plays when u play PG. Weak sauce.

Here's a 2K shocker.. Kevin Love has a torn hand ligament for the TWolves .. out 4-6 weeks.. My center of course plays for the Thunder, but I was looking at injuries to see if it works the way MLB 2K does and they make someone who's been injured .. REALLY injury prone... seems that way..

And what stats i need to upgrade first?

It was not worth a hill of beans in 2k13 because after you became good they passes it to you right away anyways. It is worth it's weight in gold I 2k14 because of how far off the shooters play. With my pg (they get it to start), I CONSTANTLY use the 'pressure the shooter' or the focus in the star one. The amount of 3pt shot attempts against me dropped SIGNIFIGANTLY. Do they drive more? Definitely! Do they draw fouls more on my bigs...oh yes. HOWEVER, they don't get to shoot 23-48 from the 3 pt line and my team gets a lot more blocks. In my 7' PF career I went from around 3 blks per game I played in to about 6 because of all the LITTLE guards coming at me. I say BRING IT! Chris Paul shot 5-27 because he would drive past me (funnel him towards Cousins) and SWAT! If he did the floater I blocked it from behind...if he drove all the way Cousins got him. It was GLORIOUS!!!!!!

So...yes... The sig makes the game much more playable. I even held GS to 17 3pt shot attempts and for them that is nothing.

They gave my center a 63 rating from 3-point and medium shooting range when I created him..and saved it over a point guard I didn't like.. stamina seems to be the biggest issue I've had in 12 games (2 as a starter now), running out of gas with playing more minutes when being bumped around by other big men.

For me, I think that a rookie Center will need Close Shooting (80 or more pts), Shoot Off Dribble (80 pts), and Shoot In Traffic (80 pts) to give you a wider success percentage when the AI determines whether you're going to make a close shot. I would also up vertical, quickness, consistency and stamina to 80 points when you can. I would not put any points into rebounding until later primarily because the CPU will just slide you out of the way when it wants. I would not worry about defensive attributes until you get these attributes up to 80. Depending on how you play, if you are losing the ball quite often, I would put points into Ball Security and Hands as well. Lastly, I would work on my post offense attribute and practice using fake-and-shoot post manuevers.

</br>As for skills, my opinion would be to get the Gatorade Power skill first. I wish that I did this for my athletic SF because he would not have played so badly when his stamina was down to a slither and the coach will not sub you out for some odd reason. As a rookie Center, I would not get any other skills until you upgrade your attributes mentioned above.

In my 2nd yr as pg, got traded to lakers but everyone was gone. Kobe went to cavs & forgot where Pau went. They did get the cover athlete in the fa but that was it. I tried so hard to get a 3rd star or someone that can create a big 3 with us but to no avail. So after awhile, the game was messed up & had to make a whole new one.

Should the training boosts be showing up in your attributes? Not sure if I'm getting them since they don't.

It shows up in game like the accessory boost. Well when I go to the roster screen it shows.

You have to get the 'On Court Coach' sig for 10k VC if you want to do that with any other position.

Is it me or did 2k did a mini patch to the gameplay?? Like in #mycareer mode their tweek the passing and your teammates are playing a lot better I'm playing on HOF just lost by 3 I made 2 stupid turnovers in the 4th and it's not the AI it's my fault felt good about it. 1st time playing since the roster update. If you remember in 2k13 their did mini patches during the roster update to fix stuff and Ronnie1k tweeted their will keep doing that In future 2k tittle!!

I could be mistaken, but my Point-Forward SF can use offensive commands, and run plays - at least the 2K smart play.

                                Another thing...

Anybody know why 2K thought it would be a good idea to get rid of Summer League and Preseason? I bought an NBA game playing a fantasy career mode. I kinda want the experience.

And don't NBA players get lost of their gear for free?
