Personally Id prefer if 2K would kill the suspense and just announce the media release dates...

I agree. It's annoying. I understand it's their job to keep the hype machine going, but to drop vague hints week in and week out gets old. I personally found the screenshots of the teaser that OS users have posted to be more entertaining than a 5 second gameplay clip.

And also, LD2K has mentioned on twitter, in reference to the "storm" tweet to another twitter user:

"Cloudy with a chance of amazing next week."

Would've been good to know earlier this week. Expectations and anticipation to a rather anticlimactic Friday.

I think it would be a dick move if nothing happens today especially after the fact they strongly hinted it. They didn't specifically say it was next gen but they did say it wasn't the Hollywood nights jerseys either. I'm guessing something's about to go down.

I didnt see anywhere on his twitter that he said" cloudy with a chance and amazing next" week 2k has to release something a screen shot or something ng they've been dropping hints all week an so far nothing Ng but lakers black jerseys

If we were just told "info/footage coming the week commencing 14/10/13" then there would be a lot less disgruntled people out there......

I know 2K have a method and we all love their games..... but do they HAVE to torture us?

I would have knuckled down at work this week, kept my mind occupied and waited til next week..... now I am all disappointed!!

2k starting to act like a female they boost you up all week about how good they are and what they go do and etc then when you ready to see if they about what they been talking about all week thru the week they hit you with all "oh I forgot to tell you that you can get everything I told you but not until next week cause my period on"

I will say this though (hopefully I don't get crucified....) LD2K says what he says, nothing changes the fact that info will come when it does....

Clearly he wants us to know/see what he has and he just has to give us what he is "allowed" to give us..... which at this stage is just vague comments etc....

I prefer hearing from him/seeing him with the odd post on these forums than nothing at all (refer EA....haha)..... or ever Ronnie.... he's not saying much about next gen......

If I were LD2K I'd struggle to keep this things in when I know/have seen what he has......(next gen glory!).....he cops some abuse on Twitter which I think is a little unfair....

I don't have a problem with LD2k personally, but when you make announcements for announcements that's when people start to get annoyed.

His job is engaging the community and building hype for next-gen 2k.

This can be done quickly and efficiently using the following format:

xx/xx/xxxx

Fair....I definitely agree with the above format haha..... but I think its the human side of him just is just DYING to share something with us, but can't......

Really 2K is the culprit here! Haha....if they gave him a green light, I bet he would spill his guts about how amazing the game is.....

Do you guys think he got told to take that tweet down about next week?
