I don't think you'll see this changing.

I will personally be playing (and whooping some *** I might add) and monitoring online feedback to make sure it can stay as balanced as possible. I'm here in the shadows looking at what people are saying/dev's have feedback on what people are doing.

Not sure if tweaking fatigue will break anything but if that could be passed along that would be great. Guys are still abusing the turbo button with their stars.

I'm not much of an online gamer but If I keep hearing the stuff I am about 2K I might crack and purchase it. I know there was a lot of cheesing last year and to hear that 2K made strides to try and prevent that is very reassuring. Hopefully it will stay that way.

Even NBA Jam has always featured good competitive balance.

It shouldn't matter whether defense means shoving the opponent repeatedly or if you can jump 20 feet in the air on dunks. All of the best basketball videogames throughout the years have made playing both sides of the ball fun and effective.

If I'm pretending that the comment was meant to be taken seriously, it's not a problem of "SIM" vs. "arcade". A game that's only fun to play half of is simply not going to provide a positive experience for anyone seeking the best competition.

There's also no need for players looking for that cheesy 5-on-5 game to stop playing NBA2k, no matter how realistic it gets. I'm sure they can find someone on their friends list who shares the same taste - just like sim players have been forced to do for years.

Not sure if serious or not but im sorry to say what you are used to is not basketball. you've been deceived all along. 2k is determined to move into a much more sim direction going forward. I suggest you start pushing for separate lobbies like we've been doing for the past 5 years...
